Great team genuinely look after you…

We recently moved into one of the new build properties in the Novo development in Drayton, Portsmouth. The sales team Tracy & Val were brilliant. Really friendly, and walked us through the whole process from start to finish making it really easy. We encountered some challenges during the purchase and both of them used their internal network to unlock issues which ensured we were in our new place within 8 weeks from paying the deposit. The initial snagging and support has also been very good. Currently raised some issues through the after care team and hoping this goes as smoothly as the experience with Dandara to-date. Would thoroughly recommend a Dandara new build.

Purchase of an Apartment

Recently purchased an apartment from Dandara on jersey. Am really impressed with the spec/finish and 270 degree views from the balcony… and the apartment exceeded my high expectations. The location is also great and ticks all my boxes. Additionally, the staff at Sales have been fantastic with Kerry Rodgers always helpful and kept me appraised during the process. Russel and Rachel in Customer Care were very professional and I was extremely impressed by the attention to detail they demonstrated during the inspections and at handover. Thankyou all….. I highly recommend Dandara Jersey :)

Fabulous customer service

We have been renting through Dandara Jersey lettings for more than ten years in different properties and have always had entirely positive experiences with them. Samantha is always helpful, polite and highly efficient- if anything is wrong where we live we can be confident it will put right as soon as possible. The Dandara Experience

I have been living in my Dandara apartment now for just over 3 years having bought off plan.The girls are great if I’ve had to pop into the sales shop in town to ask for any advice and from the beginning Katrina was my ‘go to’ person answering any questions I had and offering help and advice making the decision to purchase an apartment an easy choice.I have never been disappointed in my decision, not only is it a great location and good size apartment, the services provided also make life easy as I don’t have to think about rates and building insurance as that’s all taken care of in the service charges together with the maintenance of the buildings internally and externally including the carpark area. I would definitely use Dandara again for the whole package provided and a stress free living experience.

I love my Dandra home

I love my Dandra home, this is my first time as a homeowner and our agent Susan Gordon was amazing. We did not feel pressured to buy our home, which there is no words to describe as it’s stunning. Hazlewood Pinewood Gardens.The purchase of the house was so relaxed and very calming under difficult personal circumstances. Alanna was above and beyond in the capacity of professionalism and understanding. She was so efficient with communication, paperwork and always available when answering requests and questions. The handover was clear and with lots of information ~ again being told not to hesitate by Alanna to call regarding understanding anything or problems using anything. The sales support was made so easy and without stress. The house is wonderful ~ although the only downside the small snagging list took ages to be looked at. The after-care team was not on hand and I had to do all the calling, always available and helpful but not forthcoming with their return or communication calls. When the guys did come all was done perfectly and with little fuss or intrusion. Everyone has been so welcoming and helpful and I am so happy in my new home.

When there was anything that needed servicing they arranged repair or replacement promptly with the owner. I had a trouble and stress free residence. I only left because of relocation.
