Janet went above and beyond when we visited the site. She was very helpful and informative but also gave us space to look around for ourselves.The standard of the builds was incredible too and we look forward to taking the next steps in hopefully securing our new home.

Sarah was very knowledgable about the houses, and she gave us the option of an escorted tour or for us to wander around ourselves. My only criticism ..was that we were unable to walk around a showroom of the house we were interested in.Beautiful house space.

Having had a challenging situation with selling original property in order to buy with Dandara - I honestly can say Kelly and her team have been incredible and patient. It is horribly stressful and they have helped so much with so many things. Still have people on site who are accommodating and really helpful as I don't know anything about new builds. If I could give more than 5 stars I really would!!

I love our new home ...(but here it comes) ...sales - Brilliant (Tommy) . First two weeks moving in - Brilliant . Unfortunately that's where it stops . Coming from a previous new build to here they all share the same problem . Aftercare... absolutely shocking . Waiting an age for things to get done . There is only TWO customer reps for Dandara in the South East. Why can't you dedicate a making good man or two to each new site !? Madness you have to wait 2 weeks for simple tasks . Sewage system at Willow Grove a big problem. The noise and smell from 11 houses , can only imagine from all 32 ! Constant turning In our driveway , offered a simple solution and objection for no reason . They seriously need to work on aftercare . Its a shame as huge potential but like most other companies, they don't listen to their customers

I am an elderly, vulnerable 81 year old pensioner. In January this year we decided to downsize our home and thought that no 17 Willow Grove was ideal for our purpose.We paid a deposit and signed a contract on 21st January.Everything was fine until our contract expired due to other parties not being ready to exchange.As per contract terms I requested a refund of my depositI was told that their solicitor ( who Dandara will not name) has informed management that according to the Builders Code of Practice we must pay £750.00 in costs!We did not sign any Code of Practice and only signed a Reservation Agreement.The Reservation Agreement states;"The Buyer has the right to cancel the reservation at any time"."If the Buyer cancels the Reservation Agreement, the Seller agrees to payback the Reservation Fee less any reasonable administrative and any other costs incurred in processing and holding the reservation.""the range of such deductions will be between £0 and £0".Other clients of Dandara may recognise the wording?I can supply my original contract if needed.No refund has been forthcoming.Management has stopped returning my calls and does not answer any emails.That such a large high profile company should treat an 81 year old gentleman in such a manner is appalling.I fail to understand how they do not feel bound by a contract that they have signed?Reading other complaints in the review section it is obvious that one of their tactics about complaints is not to reply and trust that the complainant will lose interest.This is a WARNING for anyone contemplating signing any contract with Dandara be aware that the company feel that contracts are not for them and are not honoured.I am having to go to the Courts for a remedy of my contract.Hardly the way a huge, high profile company should behave?Michael F.

In fact they have been so professional throughout the process we have decided to buy two properties at their Winchmore Hill development which is super smart. We had Dandara as our letting agent for the past 4 years. They are very efficient and quick to respond to our queries. They also gives us ample notice when they need to perform a check in the flat or if suppliers need to come in to check the boiler, etc. Shout out to Brendan who has been patient with our queries on the lease and helped us close it off asap!

It was clear to see that quality and design of the homes was second to none and Dandara had gone the extra mile in designing a spacious, green development in a perfect location. Nicky was so incredibly helpful in helping us secure what is now our dream home and I would recommend Dandara to any home buyers. The aftercare support is second to none and everyone has been so helpful and accommodating. Best decision we ever made!

My property has been managed by Clair and her team - Brendan, Terri and Samantha - for around 4 years. They have been tremendously good at keeping me abreast of what is happening with the property, and have provided an excellent bridge between me and the tenant. When you are not on the spot - and I'm not - it's very satisfying to know that your interests are being well looked after. And I'm very satisfied.
