Couldn’t be happier It was my first house purchase and at every step of it Rebecca and team were super helpful, very patient with my endless questions and very approachable . Absolute joke of a company

Absolute joke of a company. Avoid at all costs. Had over a 198 snags when I moved in. I’ve had to literally fight them for a year to get the snags remedied and they are still a number outstanding. The drains on the development are not fit for purpose and keep blocking. Also made to sign up for a management company for the development that turns out to be affiliated to Dandara and they charged a years fee and no landscaping or ground maintenance has been carried out. Shocking workmanship and customer care from start to finish. DO NOT BUY A HOUSE FROM THESE COWBOYS.

Terri, Brendan and Samantha - the dream team

Terri, Brendan and Samantha really went above and beyond I would say during the 3 years that we’ve stayed at the Westmount flat. From start to finish they’ve been accommodating and really quick to answer any of our questions and in making sure we have the best experience whilst living within the property. Any issues reported, they are always quick to respond so they get resolved quickly. There was not a lot as the property was well taken care of as well. Bitter sweet that we are leaving soon due to personal reasons but definitely was a good experience for us and have 3 years worth of good memories in the flat so thank you team. :)

Bradley and Johnathan - The Grove

We recently purchased a 2 bed house at The Grove in Haddenham. We mostly dealt with Bradley throughout our experience, he was incredibly helpful and explained everything to us along the way, we can not fault the service we were provided by both him and Johnathan. Compared to our last house purchase (not with Dandara) this house move has been such an easy and well managed process. We are very happy in our new home and would highly recommend buying through Dandara to anyone interested. Thank you Bradley and Johnathan!

I recently had the pleasure of visiting The Pippins in Hamstreet, specifically the Chartwell Show Home, and was thoroughly impressed with the experience. Our tour guide, Tommy, was a fantastic host, providing us with detailed information about the property and its features while keeping us entertained with his charming personality. His colleague, Beau or Joe, was equally pleasant and helpful.One of the standout features of the show home was the breakfast room, which my son absolutely loved. The space was bright and airy, with plenty of natural light streaming in through the windows. The built-in dog feature was a unique touch that added a playful and whimsical feel to the room. My son was thrilled with the idea of having a dog house built right into the house, and I'm sure his dog Rufus would have loved it too.Overall, The Pippins in Hamstreet left a great impression on me, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a high-quality property. The attention to detail and unique features of the Chartwell Show Home, combined with the exceptional service from Tommy and his team, made for an unforgettable experience.

Victoria at Towerlands Park

Unfortunately due to the current mortgage rates I wasn’t able to go ahead with the purchase however, Victoria at Towerlands Park was an absolute delight! She went out of her way to get me the best deal possible and was patient throughout the process so massive thank you to her and Dandara. After years of avoiding new builds…

After years of avoiding new builds because of what you were hearing about quality of build etc, Dandara in no way typify that sort of reputation. In all aspects they are a pleasure to deal with. The staff obviously all enjoy working for them, our main contact Kelly was extremely knowledgeable and informative about all aspects of the development, and always very pleasant and engaging. The site staff also have been very cooperative and willing to deal with the few minor snagging issues we have had.

I’ve only given 3 stars as I’ve experienced a disappointing experience. I admit I’ve been here over the two years so I don’t qualify for any help with some shoddy work which I’ve found too late I know .House is built well , struggled with poor standard of garden but I’ve dealt with that myself. Big issue for me but a small job for Dandara was discovering the side garage door has never been finished off properly. Huge unfinished gaps all along the bottom of door . Flat no from customer service not even any advice. They shouldn’t have been allowed to get away with such poor work. Not what you pay good money for

The sales manager Kerry Rogers was very professional and fun to deal with, the sales team Liz Birchall and Ava Miller was a pleasure to deal with and also very professional. Russ Kelly (Customer Care) did the initial inspection on my behalf and picked up 5 ridicules issues which were not obvious, along with Rachel Layt who handed over the apartment to me. Buying a Dandara apartment was so simple.This is down to their excellent highly organised sales team who were very professional from start to finish. You are kept updated at every step of the way. Any queries are answered immediately enabling you to be 100% happy prior to your purchase. We felt we were given an excellent one to one service. Dandara even negotiated with a local law firm to offer a very competitive rate for legal fees. Everything is thought of to make your purchase timely, efficient and stress free.Their marketing material is beautifully presented showing apartment layouts, measurements and prices to allow a prospective purchaser to choose the right apartment for their requirements. What you see on the brochure is exactly what you get when the development is finished. Outside areas are beautifully landscaped for every purchaser to enjoy. We bought the apartment as an investment and chose to take advantage of their Property Management Service and Rentals Department which ensures your apartment is let to a suitable tenant. They take care of producing the Tenancy Agreement amongst other things such as arranging annual servicing of boiler, doors and windows, in fact anything that needs attention. This takes away the worry of being a landlord knowing our apartment is well cared for, leaving us free to travel whenever we want.Dandara have thought of everything and I highly recommend them to anyone thinking of buying one either as an investment or to live in yourself.
