Wife and I had a great experience on our visit on the 22nd of December 2023 to Dandara Grange sales home in Hazledene, where we met Suzan. Suzan was very polite and friendly, she love her openness and patience. She took her time to take us to see other properties in Hazlehead. She explained to us how we can either do a part exchange or put our existing property on sale in order to secure the Dandara one.

Our move into 1887 the Pantiles was a special day. A lovely apartment, open and airy with a great view. We had been worried about buying in a new development, but the journey was faultless. Selling, buying and moving are known to be very stressful events but I can honestly say that working with Dandara in purchasing our new build home has been a breeze and a pleasure. From start to finish, the customer service, attention to detail, quality of build, communication and quick response to all queries has been nothing short of amazing. Our main contact has been Joe Stockton and he is possibly the most focussed person on customer experience I have ever met - absolutely brilliant. This approach of putting the customer first extends to the whole team at The Pippins (Gary, Phil and Tommy). Breath of fresh air

As per the title of this review, the whole process of dealing with Becky and the team at Dandara Pearmain Place has been a breath of fresh air. Even before we met and saw the plans for the development we have had fantastic assistance. Becky kept in contact with us and updated us on when the development was going live and has forwarded information at every stage in the process. Explanations have been clear and concise. Nothing is too much.

It all started so well… wonderful sales…

It all started so well… wonderful sales team, who sold the dream. However, customer ‘care’ post sale has been a joke. St Michaels Park in Stewkley was literally abandoned after the last house was built 4 months ago, no landscaping done, the land deep with weeds, play park unusable….the list goes on. Endless promises that they’ll sort it ‘next week’, next week always comes and goes….they have failed to meet planning obligations with regard to landscaping. Please can we see some progress Dandara!! *UPDATE - 15/10/23…still no progress! Estate exactly the same, no work has taken place despite the promises and comment below!!!!!*

I’m very near completion of buying a Dandara home and it’s been such a great experience. From the very first time I popped to the sweetings to have a little look, customer service has been 10/10 and I also instantly knew I wanted to buy a home there. Highly recommend Fontwell Meadows and Dandara

From buying our first new home Dandara have been amazing, all snags dealt with efficiently and quickly, customer service has been excellent and the quality of a Dandara build is exceptional. A special mention to Ash & Tracey who are very professional and go the extra mile to ensure we had the best transition to our new home, they also continue to provide an excellent service and help 10 months down the line. The Sweetings Dandara

I popped into the sweetings office this week while in the area and was really impressed by the team there. Unfortunately, I was more interested in shared ownership properties which aren’t sold from there but Amy and Emma were really polite and gave me lots of useful information about the area and how I could get in touch with Sage. Tommy was kind enough to show me where the shared ownership houses were so I could get an idea. Whilst I won’t be purchasing directly they made me feel incredibly welcomed and informed so I hadn’t wasted my time. Thanks very much.

The Pippins, Hamstreet

We have recently moved into our New Build home in Hamstreet Kent and we love it. We have previously lived in a new build flat from a different larger developer and we were apprehensive buying another new build property given the less than ideal experience we had with them. However, we are extremely happy with our purchase, with Dandara and with the quality of the build. We looked at the development initially in January 2023, Joe & Tommy were extremely helpful and knowledagble and made everything much easier for us to process. Emma has also been extremely helpful in getting any issues resolved for us quickly! We reserved and exchanged in April/May and Dandra moved forward our completion date from the initial estimate so that we have now moved in. As expected (and with any new build!) there are some snags we have found but they have been quick to sort and the team have been really easy to work with an approachable. I would fully recommend everyone i have met at Dandara currently - The quality of their homes are much better than others i have come across and the staff are friendly and reliable.

The sales team are amazing jannet and…

The sales team are amazing jannet and Ashley were grate couldn't of asked for better! And Henry sorting out a few snags was brilliant too But then you are put over to customer care and they are awful you lodge work that needs doing and they completely forget about you and the work, send people that do half a job or just tell you what you want to hear apparently, and then when you chase them up because you have not heard anything for months they say things were miss placed and the job will be put back in again!! to be forgotten about? I though we had a 2 year warranty not a few months? But it appears that's not truth the warranty must be for if the house fall down nothing else! I wouldn't buy from them again once they have your money you are left to it pretty much customer care are rubbish. As I can't reply to your comment no nothing has been sorted and still waiting and will be taking matters to court as seems emails are ignored 2 years warranty really? Have never known a company like yours biggest regret we had was buying from you 27/8/23

Living on the Fontwell Meadows site in a rental since returning from France, we decided we loved it here so much we wanted to buy here once our French house sale money came through. Ashley in the sales office found us a suitable plot which we reserved. However, just over a month later, we realised we'd made a mistake choosing that particular plot and needed to swap to another plot. Ashley went above and beyond to ensure this all happened for us, and went smoothly. He really is the best sales person we have ever had the pleasure of meeting and an absolute credit to the company.

Shameful behaviour.. Dandara have just pulled the plug on a…

Dandara have just pulled the plug on a sale of a reserved property in Battle. The buyers, an elderly couple from South Wales, lost the sale of their property and we stepped in immediately to buy it. There was therefore some delay but we are/we’re about to complete in 2 weeks. They announced today they have sold the property. The suspicion is clearly they got a higher offer and that trumps Customer Care, respect and integrity. The ripple effect is being felt down the chain. Shame on them!
