We absolutely love our home, it has been the perfect first home for us and we cannot fault the sales team at the Dandara Hazlewood Development. Donald Watson helped us through every step and was absolutely fantastic and a pleasure to deal with! We have had hardly any snagging and any snagging we had was dealt with promptly. We are very happy with the service and you can tell the quality of home is to a high standard with all the high quality finishings and spacious rooms.

We are very happy with our experience with Dandara at Potton, everyone has been very pleasant ,the ladies in the office were really helpful .Even though we had several snags when we looked round we have had somuch support from a member of staff called George making sure the work has been done to a really good standard nothing is to much trouble for him which is what you want when you move into a new house ,I definitely feel we have had a good experience so far with Dandara .

I have unfortunately not yet managed to seal a house buy due to my house sale falling through at thé last minute. I am however keeping my fingers that i will bé able to buy a Dandara house in TWells in thé near future though. Emma from Knights Park, and thé rest of thé team, have been great though in supporting me and helping me to find thé best and most flexible solution until my sale finally does go through. They really have been open and flexible and i am so grateful for their understanding and help. I also chatted with many people already settled in Knights Park before deciding to buy and nothing but great feedback on thé customer services and homes !!! I can't wait to buy and get Settled into our New Dandara home !!! Thanks again to Emma and all thé team and i do Hope that WE will Finally bé able to celebrate with a contract signing in thé near future.

As I was taking my usual morning stroll along the Pantiles, I have often peered into the marketing suite and thought about a move. As an older gentleman it is a big decision and change I felt nervous about approaching. Looking at the window a lovely young man approached - Excuse my memory I don't quite remember his name but he had swept back ginger hair and a jolly face. This young man was extremely helpful, informative and took the time to take things slowly as is my preference - he even held my stick and acted as my escort as he showed me all he had to offer. I am going to take the next step - he really made an impression.

Our experience with Dandara has been positive from the very start with the welcome, professionalism and preparedness of the sales team at our original enquiry meeting being the best out of any other developers that we visited.Amy and Becky have been supportive and attentive and at no point pushy or rude even when I’m sure certain aspects of our process have been frustrating for them (e.g. the issues we had with my associates sale).They have pulled out all the stops to ensure we could move into our house on time which has been hugely important for us having a young family with no back up support.The welcome gift was a wonderful touch and we are looking forward to the community Halloween party that has been organised.I will reserve judgement on the build just yet as we haven’t even done our snagging list but early signs are positive with the site managers having been visible and offering their full support to fix any issues during the handover period.

We have just purchased our second Dandara home at the Grandhome development in Bridge of Don and the experience yet again was exceptional and expedient from start to finish. It has to be said the professional approach, communication and service provided by Sales Consultant Susan Gordon in particular was first class along with the other team members who attended to our every need and requests ensuring our experience and the purchase process of our perfect property was made with ease in readiness for our family to move into our beautiful home.I would highly recommend the purchase of a Dandara property at Grandhome development, the future of Bridge of Don.

Dandara have been managing our apartment since we bought our unit from them about nine ago. Brendan our manager has made the the experience so easy for us, stress free as everything is dealt with by him and his team. For the letting of the apartment Brendan vets the prospective tenants and advising us on the price. His team deal with the upkeep of the apartment and make sure that everything is in good working order. We are in incredibly lucky to have Brendan as our Manager and we wouldn’t want anyone else, he is simply the best.
That's fantastic to hear, we hope the next 9 years are just as successful!

I have never spoken to more friendly, kind and helpful people than I have at the New River View! They expressed they were busy with people moving in so couldn't see me at the moment but welcomed me back a few hours later to show me around the apartments. They are stunning and that the view of new river is just lovely. Unfortunately I just moved to the area and clearly didn't look well enough because this looks like a great spot.
We're sorry you missed out this time but we agree, it's a great spot and we hope you enjoy living in the area.

I came along to look at the apartments in new river view in Enfield an have to say it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. The team are so helpful and friendly and had complete knowledge on the build. I really liked the apartments and thought the standard of the apartments were very high compared to others I have viewed. Well done to the team and house builders for making a good product and a great experience for new buyers. This can be a little daunting for first time buyers like myself but you made it a great experience from start to finish.
Thank you Sabrina, buying your first home can be a lot to process so we're thrilled the team helped set your mind at ease that you really liked the apartments on offer.

Wow! Exceptional homes at Copsewood. I can’t wait to move in to my new home at the Dandara Copsewood development in Potton. I reserved my new home in August and can’t wait to be moving in in December. Jade and Belinda have been excellent taking me through the house buying process, everything was so easy even choosing my kitchen and carpets. I have met Scott and George (site managers) on site a couple of times and they have been more than helpful explaining how my home is being built. Looking forward to my roast turkey in my new home!

We recently purchased an apartment at The Pavilions development. From the time when we decided we would go ahead and purchase through to online purchase and hand over we were very lucky to have a team of staff at Dandara to assist us along the way. Dandara also have a lovely team how look after aftercare so we feel very lucky to have a department who we can call on with any issues which so far have had no need to call upon.

We are proud owners of Dandara Flat in Jersey. As first time buyers we were very skeptical and stressed on which property to purchase. But luckily we found Dandara and they made the whole process easy. From the date of the booking the flat to handover of the keys, they kept us informed at every stage of the development. To a surprise they even completed the development 4 months ahead of scheduled target. The apartment itself is of high standards with every aspect of fixtures rightly selected that are best for customers. I needed a spare fob for the main door where I live, Samantha sent me an invoice and as soon I paid, the fob was ready for collection the same day. Amazing staff and great customer care.
