Having owned our family home for 30 years, we decided to take early retirement and buy a new Dandara home in Potton. We bought our plot off plan, and Jade and Belinda offered support and information throughout - as at the time there was nothing to see for our purchase! We were able to choose the plot that we wanted, Jade gave us regular updates, and even sent photos as the house grew on site.The handing over process went very smoothly, with George and Scott there within minutes to lend a helping hand where needed. Nothing has been too much trouble, we have felt looked after and very much at home in this lovely, well designed quality home. Living on a building site as it develops, all of the workmen without exception, have been courteous and helpful. It has been a very good experience. George you are Mr Dandara! We hope that Dandara is aware of what an excellent team they have working here at Copsewood

Copsewood, PottonAs first time buyers we were nervous, and unsure of what to expect, hearing horror stories from other new build developments- that all changed because of the team at Copsewood!Jade and the sales team were fantastic from the start, informative, helpful & caring- always easy to get in touch with & quick responses, the whole transition was smooth and we trusted them.The site team only proved this to be further true, Scott & George have listened, supported, got jobs done quickly and efficiently, the house is such a high standard & these touches just make everywhere feel beautiful & right! We can't thank them enough for making our new house become our home so quickly. The team work observed over the build so far, all the people working on site, Scott & George, it has been second to none- no question is too small & if they can help they will! Thank you all! Copsewood - PottonI recently bought a beautiful New Build property in the above location. The house has been not only been built to a VERY high standard (I have high standards!), but the whole process was made so smooth and simple. I am a single parent and the help and advice from Jade in the Sales team was beyond beneficial. She kept me informed throughout and organise a beautiful moving in hamper on day of completion. She was also on hand to answer the weird and wonderful questions I had throughout the process without hesitation. She made the process run smoothly assisting with the chain to ensure a smooth completion.George and Scott on site have been marvellous. Not only are they just generally nice gents, they cannot do enough to make sure that myself and the kids are settled and checking in to ensure everything is OK. Anyone who moves here is lucky to have them both on site. I love living here and that is down to the warm welcome that Jade, George and Scott have given us.

We have recently bought a new house on the Reayrt Mie development in Ballasalla . From start to finish Dandara have provided a first class customer service experience from their excellent sales staff in the Douglas office ( Sally Barrow in particular) to their onsite maintenance and snagging Man (Artur). Any minor problems we have encountered have been dealt with in a professional and timely manner and I would whole heartedly recommend purchasing your new home from them.

I dropped in to Fontwell Meadows. I didn't have an appointment and I'm not on the market yet but even so Ashley, in the sales office, was lovely and welcoming. He showed me the Farringford show home - he was very knowledgeable and definitely made me want to buy from him/Dandara. I will have to get my house on the market!

The sales team were excellent on sale process and moving in. Though that’s where it’s stopped. The aftercare and the customer care team have been awful in responding to issues and slow to resolve them. Issues reported in February still to be fixed and other issues reported in March still ongoing with no resolution or communication or how it will be resolved. I now live next door to a sewage system that was mis-sold on the impact it would have on us and nearby houses. Dandara are not addressing the issues and not communicating the process on how they will resolve the issues. Next step is legal action and exposing on social media. If I had known what Dandara were like, I certainly would not be buying from them. Buyers beware of snags and problems before moving in to get them resolved as once you get the customer care team, it will never be resolved.

We will keep you and the other residents updated on the results of the investigative works to resolve the sewage matter.

Joe presented the development extremely well (as you would expect) but then had every answer we needed to quite detailed questions on our part, which gave us great confidence. I couldn’t be happier with the customer service I received, particularly from Leigh, she has been so helpful and friendly with all my queries and Leigh has gone above and beyond to make sure my house was perfect for me. I could not fault the house, everything was exactly as nice as I expected it to be and the site manager has made sure any issues I have with the new property down the line - just to let him know and he will be more than happy to fix it. I am very happy with my first house and even happier I decided to go with Dandara homes.
