We are at the early stages of purchasing our new home at Crest Sketchley Gardens and have just completed the reservation. We’ve had the absolute pleasure to be looked after by Anita, she has been incredible and friendly. She has provided us with lots of information, helps us along the way so far and has been extremely accommodating allowing us the view the property when needed without any delays. Anita’s customer service and down to earth personality has made helped make this journey exciting and gave us great peace of mind buying our new home.

All I can say is ‘stay away’! Leaving aside the small annoyances of not replying to emails, having to chase them down countless times and their fixes after snagging reports taking ages, the work that they have done on our building is shockingly poor.After 4 years living in the building, 4 flats are heavily affected by water leaks from the poor insulation on the roof. What’s worse is that the building is timber frame, so a big part of the structure is now compromised and needs replacing.All this has been going on for more than 1 year now and Crest and their contractors have still to agree on a plan to fix all of this.Meanwhile, all the people in the affected flats need to live with holes in our ceilings, buckets to catch the drip water, mould and damp everywhere and unusable balconies.I am sure there are other worse builders out there, but Crest should not be allowed to continue building anymore. And definitely do not trust their ‘high quality builder’ image that they are trying to push.

Can’t fault Crest throughout the process, all the way from the initial showing to the date of completion 😊 we were having a really rough time throughout the process with chains and poor solicitors, and without Steph from Crest going more than above and beyond, we would never have completed, let alone sold our flat. They have been exceptional and I would recommend to anyone.

I have reserved a flat on the Brightwells development in Farnham. The sales team have provided excellent customer service where they have really spent time with me whilst I was trying to make the decision. I was able to see the flat a couple of times and the team answered my many questions as I had some concerns about buying a place right in the town centre. I really appreciate the advice and making the process easy to deal with.

I moved into the new build house of Crest Nicholson few months ago, I paid extra for having the dishwasher. But it’s not usable, dishwasher company checked and confirmed the dishwasher is working but the hose is too short, I have contacted customer service, we wait and they sent us a wrong hose which is not usable for the dishwasher, and we wait again and then they sent us the plumber and the plumber said it’s not his job. The last email customer service said will send us fitter to fix it, we wait again but he never appears. And then customer service doesn’t even reply us now. I’m so disappointed with their service.

Where to even start, patio doors not fitted correctly, apartments not insulated, intercoms don’t work, exterior spaces still not finished despite paying a year in advance for ‘service’ charge. Customer services never return calls. Several owners have had to go to NHBC. Garage doors would not open, lift keeps breaking down. It’s an endless battle with several major structural faults currently being fixed in apartments already lived in. Vandalism rife, bicycles stolen from ‘secure’ room. Scaffolding falls regularly into children’s play area. The gardens are overgrown, and not suitable to use. The whole place is a disaster area.Been asked for extra information via Trust Pilot, as CN always request with bad reviews. Provided evidence needed and now verified.

An absolute abomination. Moved into our beautiful house over a year ago and still waiting for very straightforward but essential fixes. They refuse to answer any emails or phone calls, or return voicemails so if you’re looking for even those most basic of customer service and to be treated as a human being, you won’t find it here. Our guttering is broken but instead of fixing it during the summer months as you’d expect, they’re dragging it out as long as possible - it’s something that could cause further expensive damage to our property. They also performed the repair for our behind neighbour so they’re clearly treating us differently. We also have a totally wonky kitchen we’ve had no communication about for 4 months with no sign of repair. It’s taken weeks to arrange somebody to change our rusting door handles and I have no trust they’ll come when scheduled this week. They’ll pacify you with minor stuff and let the serious issues fester. Save your money. Edit - shock horror, nobody turned up up fit the door handles. Further edit - a bit of attention given and one of our 3 guttering issues fixed but it’s been silent again and totally ignored for nearly 3 weeks. If you’d like to be treated like a human being, Crest aren’t for you.
