Google27 days sale to completion was amazing. With all the work from Richard, Hayley & Emma the results wouldn’t have been possible. GoogleI highly recommend Richard Simpson (agent) and Emma Drake (progressor) of Bradley Bishop. Utmost professionals. Richard will give you a realistic valuation and ensure your house is sold and Emma will make sure it goes through to completion. Fees are fair and reasonable for the amount of effort that they put in to ensure your sale goes through. I have also bought 2 houses from Richard so I can say with confidence that they are a 5 star organisation, regardless of who you deal with. I will have properties to sell in the future and I will go back to Bradley Bishop's Richard Simpson to manage those sales.

GoogleI sold my house last summer with Bradley Bishop. I now live in the house I am extremely happy with. It dawned on me today how lucky I am to have this and that I should leave feedback for Richard and his team. Without Richard, I would not have got the house I wanted. I chose Richard over the other estate agents that gave their sales talk, it didn't take long to realise Richard was more honest and straight forward than others. Richard explained the process clearly. As usual, with selling a house, there were a few hicups such as a buyer pulling out, but the team worked round this and got another one allowing me to keep the house I wanted to buy. I also got good advice that paid off in general. I am basically extremely grateful for bradley Bishop agents and I finally got round to leaving this review! Cheers. Dave

GoogleAn absolute 5 star experience and would not hesitate to recommend Bradley Bishop. They were my seller's agent so working for them rather than me - but they were so helpful, patient and kept us informed during the process. There were problems at the bottom of our chain (chain of 5) and Bradley Bishop were at the top of the chain but Emma was the only one that worked hard and persistently at getting the information from the bottom where every other agent in the chain failed. During some rather fraught moments Emma responded to my emails in an efficient, professional, honest and friendly manner also showing empathy and compassion - I really felt that she was my go to rather than my own agent or buyer's agent or solicitor as she was transparent and dealt with the facts without all the patter, blithering and justification you can sometimes find in others that are covering their tracks or buying time. I would not hesitate in using Bradley Bishop to sell my property or to recommend to others. I cannot stress enough their absolute dedication to what they do and am eternally grateful they made our process as smooth as they possibly could. Thank you Bradley Bishop, Emma and all of the team I had the pleasure of dealing with at some time or other during the process - Hayley, Amber & Richard.

GoogleA great company for selling your house but in addition to this they have a lot of knowledge on the whole selling & buying process which they are happy to share with you. Friendly and efficient service but what I liked most was they they aren’t pushy like some agents are. They let you make decisions in your own time without calling or emailing every day. They are however, speedy to respond if you have questions or queries. We have no plans to move in the near future but if we were then Bradly Bishop would be the first call we would make. Flat was on with another agent who managed 3 viewings in 6 months. Moved to Bradley Bishop and within days they had masses of viewings and a buyer at the asking price within a few weeks. There was a problem in the flat and Richard from BB went down and got it sorted for me saving me a 2 hour trip each way, well over and above the duties I would expect of a sales agent... He really did go the extra mile. The whole experience was friendly, professional and with a quick result. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Searching for a house in Ashford, we often used the services of Bradley Bishop. We were particularly struck by how nice their staff were. We met Sian on several occasions and also Richard. Not only were they very helpful, but they were also genuinely interested in what they were doing. At all times, they tried to match what we wanted with what they had on offer. There was never any pressure nor an attempt to sell us something that didn't fit in with what we wanted. During viewings, their treatment of us was never condescending, but their advice suggested a real love for the work they were doing. If only other agents were half as good estate agency wouldn't have the awful reputation it has!

GoogleVery bad customer services absolutely dreadful, they did not provide information timely. After doing all the searches when came to repairing cost they did not bothered to forward the repairing cost to the vendour because of their own benfit. Was very unhelpfull to the key for the garage now we have a garage without a key. I dont know if its just me or if its other people but get a grip for gods sake!

Googlei used the ashford branch in kent, and after that i would say avoid these people like the plague. they gave me the worst buying experience i have ever had. i am convinced that they played myself and the seller against each other in order to push the price up. if it hadn't have cost me so much to pull out of the purchase i would have done. i would never use these people again.
Hi Andrew. I'll be honest, we're very surprised by this review. At no point during the process of buying did you express to us that you were unhappy with our service. If you had then maybe you feeling like this could have been avoided. At the point of agreeing the sale we had you and another client who'd offered on the property. We recommended you to our vendor over the other client as you were in a better position as an investor, even though the other client had offered a higher amount. If we were only trying to get the best price we would have recommended the other client, but your situation and understanding of the process set you above them and i thought you'd be a good client to work with. We presented both offers to our vendor and they went with our recommendation of buyer - which was you. You instructed your choice of solicitor (not ours - so i can't comment on why they would've charged you if you'd pulled out) and since then you've worked with our progression team and I've only heard good things. The price of the apartment has gone up since you agreed the sale (in fact an identical one in the next block sold 3 months ago for more than you paid) which is good news for you. As you decided to rent it out we dropped the keys off to the lettings agent as you requested last week, no fuss, no problems and when the lettings agent asked me what you were like i said "he's a lovely chap" so to be honest Andrew I'm a bit lost with what to say. Customer service is of paramount importance to us. If you look at our previous reviews you'll see that.. and if we've made a mistake and need to learn from it then we will. We're human - we're not a big corporate company. I'm happy to talk about this. My mobile number is 07542723261. It's bank holiday but you can call. They not only sold our house quickly and efficiently for asking price but they also found us the house of our dreams. Our hands were held as we were guided through the selling/buying process.
