GoogleRECOMMEND A++ Our house move process has been slightly longer than usual due to various complications. But Bradley Bishop have been amazing at updating us and were always kind and respectful. My partner and I are first time buyers and Bradley Bishop provided us with a lot of their time to help us through, constantly re-assuring us with feedback and working hard and passionately. GoogleThe team were brilliant, great communication and worked really hard to get things through. They had no issue with picking up the phone and chasing anyone in the chain. It didn't matter who picked up the phone, the whole team knew what was going on so you didn't have to repeat yourself. I would highly recommend Bradley Bishop.

GoogleMy daughter has wasted 6 months on a purchase, that was supposed to exchange contracts this week, it has fallen through today, she has incurred all the search costs etc, and has constantly been fobbed off with one excuse or another to bide time, This should of been chased from the onset, and any alarm bells highlighted! In the mean time she could of looked at other properties, now being so close to Christmas there is very little on the market, so not very happy, honesty is the best policy !

GoogleAbsolutely appalling. Incorrect information about the property was provided at the viewing leading to the purchase falling through and incurring valuation and legal fees!! The agent refused to even acknowledge her mistake and carried on in the defensive. Poor standard of care and customer service. PLEASE DO NOT TRUST AND USE ANOTHER ESTATE AGENCY. If I could give this zero stars I would but unfortunately have to give this 1 in order to complete my review.

I'll be honest, it's rare, and i certainly don't remember anything within a year of the timing here. We're not perfect by any means - but we pride ourselves on dealing with issues when they come up. My other concern is that your review is a word for word copy of a review you posted for Your move in Canterbury. It seems odd that 2 agents can mirror their service to such an extent that you would cut and paste a review. Happy to discuss, please contact me on the office number and we'll talk it through.

GoogleI can not recommend Bradley Bishop in Ashford enough. My house sale was very complicated due to a large chain and ineffective solicitors further up the chain. Throughout the lengthy process, staff at Bradley Bishop were very helpful, professional and went over and above what I’d expect on many occasions. Good estate agents are hard to find, and Bradley Bishop are by far the best I’ve come across in Ashford.

GoogleBradley Bishop really changed my mind about estate agents. And for the better! The whole team were such lovely people and attentive right through to the end. We were offered a very reasonable commission fee and they did so well to sell my house. It’s nice that they’re situated outside of town as well. I’d highly commend B.B. and as you can see, so would many others!
