Richard is a good friend of ours, and so it may seem biased that I’ve given him a 5 star review. But if I didn’t believe he did an absolutely exceptional job from start to finish in selling our house, then I simply wouldn’t have bothered leaving one! But as it happens, he was amazing, as expected. He sold our house in a pretty tough market & was always at the other end of the phone when I needed him. Ours was not an easy sale with the purchaser pulling out at the very last minute when we thought we were about to exchange. We were given 10 days to find another buyer or our own house purchase was off. Amazingly Richard managed to find a good buyer within this timeframe and saved the day. However now with more people in the chain there were still problems but Richard and his team always remained optimistic, encouraging and supportive. Let's face it, estate agents don't always get a good press, but there are superb gold standard exceptions and Bradley Bishop is a twenty four carat example. Apart from being a total professional, Richard demonstrated a genuine interest in our home and it was clear from the outset that his is anything but a one size fits all approach. Ours was a fairly unusual rural property and he immediately understood that what we were selling was a lifestyle rather than just bricks and mortar and tailored his marketing accordingly.
