Estate Agents do so much more than just advertise your property, there is a long way to go from someone saying they want to buy your property to actually making it happen. GoogleI am currently in the process of relocating from Dorset to the Derbyshire/ Leicestershire area. The logistics of travelling to view properties especially in these uncertain times has been challenging. However, the team at John German have been extremely supportive, friendly and professional. Nothing has been too much trouble. They are certainly head and shoulders above other agencies in the area.

we arrange to view a property in Burton road Derby, The response was oh we have 5 viewings, month later property still on the market. No call back as we arrange to view it, we attend but no one was there or and contact to follow up. The current market is tasty for investors like us and we don't need to be mess about.
