The vetting process was long and thorough, but I appreciate the measures that the agency is taking towards performing their KYC and understanding their tenants. The flat is clean. The common areas are clean and overall the building is well managed. Terri always keeps time and she took me round the flat and showed me the necessary amenities. I didn't have water on Friday morning and immediately I emailed, Samantha jumped on a call and took me through how to unlock the water supply. Generally, I'm happy with the experience and I just want to say thank you. Looking forward to a great stay.

GoogleAfter living at Fontwell for over a year, my perspective on Dandara has shifted since I first moved in. I want to start by acknowledging that the sales team was excellent, and the house-buying process was smooth and straightforward. However, after a year here, it feels as though their support diminishes once the purchase is complete, and they seem less willing to address issues that arise afterward. The gardens flood and seem to have more water than the pond that is design to take the water away. The roads and paths have sunk and somebody must have a lovely blocked pave driveway at home because the amount of blocks missing from the road is unreal. The latest issue is a huge crack which has appeared in the external brickwork of the house which they say is normal and won’t even send somebody out to look at the issue let alone fix it and the way they deal with the situation is to stop replying to you emails and just hope you go away. I would strongly recommend people take a good look at previous Dandara developments before committing to such an expensive purchase.

Visited the Grange show home in Aberdeen, looking to downsize. Although nothing suitable is currently available Alanna showed us draft plans for future development and properties that may suit us. Positive experience and had a good look around the show home to check out finishes. We'll be keeping in touch with Alanna as plans are firmed up this year.

We went to view some houses on the Saxon Park how amazing they were. But what stood out for me was the staff. Her name was Jo, forgotten her surname. Her knowledge on the different properties was fantastic. She was very polite, understanding and no question was silly.
