TrustpilotProfessional and informative.
The ladies on reception were both very welcoming and then I was invited to sit to outline my needs. The process was explained carefully and thoroughly and I came away with a sense of professionalism and care.

TrustpilotEager to purchase a property in Peel
We are interested in the new builds in Peel a couple of years away. It’s a shame that we can’t reserve one in advance, rent a Dandara property in the meantime. This is not a criticism of the member of staff we saw just Dandara as an organisation.
Agent replied · 13 June 2024
We’re pleased you’re interested in the development in Peel, however, we are unable to take early bird reservations of any kind until the development has been released for sale, once planning permission has been granted and buyers are in a proceedable position. The team has added your details to our database so you will be one of the first to know when homes are available.

TrustpilotLocation, spec and price coupled with friendly and informative Senior Sales Advisor
Recently sold our bungalow in Dandara's Hazelwood development in Aberdeen. Our search for another property has found nothing to compare with the design and specification of Dandara, not only locally but also in other areas of Scotland. As a result we are drawn back to the same location and the adjacent development at The Grange. Alanna's knowledge and advice was extremely helpful in our decision making process.
