Andrea from the sales team was absolutely fantastic throughout our whole journey. She was incredibly supportive and patient at every stage, and what really stood out was that her support didn’t stop once we had moved in. She went above and beyond by offering us a loan sofa and a few bits and pieces to help us settle in while we were waiting for our own items to be delivered. Her kindness, responsiveness, and genuine care made the entire experience much smoother and more reassuring. We couldn’t have asked for better support.

The whole team are very professional in their approach, specifically through their friendly, polite and helpful attitude. On the number of ocassions we needed help with small problems they were there straight away and ensured everything was sorted fast and to the highest degree. We have had an extremely positive experience buying from Dandara. Dunblane site manager John has ensured a smooth move in process and responded quickly and professionally, always with a smile to the few minor issues we have experienced (less than expected!). Lyndsay at Nest (the estate agent responsible for the Dunblane build) was very friendly and helpful during the purchase process. The build itself is high quality and the finishes are excellent. We are even happier than expected with our new home.

I went into Wittering Place on Hawthron Grove, to go look at a new build as a first-time buyer. I met with Ashley Grey, he was super helpful and informative. Gave us a lot of information and showed us different options. Would recommend speaking with him when looking to buy a new build.

Dandara Lettings has looked after my interests as a landlord now for thirteen years. During that time I have nothing but praise for the letting team, they are there when you or your tenants need them. Their expertise is second to none, be it the vetting of new tenants, taking care of all the paperwork and keeping up with the latest legislation. And a great personal service, I would not have it any other way!

Staff are friendly and accommodating, specifically Sales (Sally Barrow) and after sales (Gabriel). Site Manager (Shaun O'Boyle) and Asst Mgr (Steven) have both been very helpful. Helen/Viv were always inviting when showhouse open.
