GooglePS&B have managed the letting of my cottage in Bognor Regis since 2017. As I live in Hertfordshire I cannot manage the property myself so I've been really impressed by their service in placing our tenants, managing them, attending to repairs, and ensuring rent is paid on time. I've especially been pleased that they really do undertake regular inspections to ensure the tenants are looking after the property (many agents claim to do this but don't bother). I get regular contact from Nichola Swan sorting out any problems and others in the team when she's on leave. They've always been ahead of the game in ensuring the property conforms when legislation changes with timely advise emails to keep me informed I'd readily recommend their letting services to other landlords in Wset Sussex Phil BaughenPositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleCannot recommend PS&B enough. Our exchanges with them are always positive, professional, helpful and sympathetic, from our initial viewings to current correspondence with Nichola. It is so lovely to have Nichola to talk through things with and ask questions. She is always professional and responsive and we really feel.that she does her best 100% of the time. Everyone at PS&B are lovely and so quick to try and help you. GoogleWe have used PSB, and their predecessors as our letting agents for over 25 years and they are very professional, and very knowledgeable. They are very good at keeping landlords up to date with changes in legislation etc.They also have a good team of tradesmen for servicing and repairs. Unfortunately, their accounts paperwork occasionally lets them down a bit, but this is a relatively small inconvenience..PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleAbsolutely manipulative and disrespectful staff. I would have given them a negative score had I been able to. The agents are rude and obnoxious. They will demand a pound of flesh wherever they can. I had to bear with these soulless sharks for a year. I have started taking antidepressants due to their nefarious behavior. Steer clear of them or you'll regret it!
