1 Star - Property Managers Enabling Misleading Parking Enforcement MISLEADING SIGNAGE - CHECK YOUR APPEALS Parsons and Sons manage this land behind Iceland/Mobility Shop on Queensway. They allow One Parking Solution Limited to enforce parking with deliberately misleading signage. CRITICAL: The signs display BPA (British Parking Association) logos, but One Parking Solution is NOT a BPA member - they're IPC (Independent Parking Committee) members. This matters because: BPA members appeal to POPLA IPC members appeal to IAS (Independent Appeals Service) Wrong logos = wrong appeal route = you lose appeal rights This is misrepresentation affecting contract formation. MY EXPERIENCE: 2 minutes 36 seconds stop for autistic child in medical distress Empty Sunday car park - zero impact Charged £100, escalated to £170 by debt collectors 6 months harassment from ZZPS/"GCTT"(fake bailiffs)/QDR Solicitors CONTACTED PARSONS & SONS MULTIPLE TIMES - ZERO RESPONSE. Not one reply to documented emails over 6 months. They collect management fees while refusing to manage. They ignore complaints about misleading signage on their property. They don't care that aggressive parking is damaging their own tenant businesses. IF YOU'VE PAID A FINE HERE: The misrepresentation may invalidate the contract. The misleading trade body logos affect your legal rights. Consider seeking refunds. TO PARSONS AND SONS: You're property managers. Managing is your job. Fix the signage. Respond to complaints. Or admit you're not actually managing this property. WARNING TO CUSTOMERS: Iceland and Mobility Shop are fine businesses - their property manager is the problem. Photograph everything. Check which trade body signs say vs which they actually belong to. Document the empty car park. Time your stop precisely. £170 for 2:36 in empty Bognor Regis car park behind a mobility shop serving disabled customers? Parsons and Sons enable this by refusing to manage their property responsibly. One star. Zero responses. Zero management. Zero accountability

My husband and I rented through PS&B from 2021 to 2024. Nichöla was our property manager & any issues we experienced were promptly dealt with. We also found that when Nichöla was on scheduled annual leave, Helen was very happy to help us. Helen was just as efficient. We found PS&B to be easy to communicate with and when they did enter our home during our tenancy, they were always very respectful of our space. During 2023, we welcomed our son into the world & we had a property visit due around the same time. PS&B were more than happy to postpone the property visit while we were settling into life as new parents. When our rental increases/tenancy renewals were due, this matter was dealt with delicately and with due diligence. Our rental increases were always in extremely fair increments, especially when reflecting on the rising rental market at the time of the increase. Both my husband and I have strong values with renting & we had great mutual respect for PS&B and our landlord.

We rented through PS&B for just over 3 years and they were amazing! Nichôla was a brilliant property manager; if we had an issue she got it sorted as soon as possible which was greatly appreciated. Helen was also great and helped us a couple of times in Nichôla's absence. When moving, Coral and Emma were very respectful when bringing people to our home for viewings and they were also great in helping us to look for a new place to live. Many thanks to all the team. i went to so many Estate Agents, they were not willing to help. when i entered into the office of those estate agents, they did not even offer me a chair they told me to go to their website and find some, not even looking at my face while talking to me with looking somewhere. But the first day I went to the office PS&B i was welcome to the point that i could not believe that high level of treatment. these people Coral, Emma, Nichola and Helen made me felt at home. I had a pleasant stay at one of the flats in Fitzleet House. I lived in a one bedroom flat for four years with my husband. The flat was newly renovated when I moved in, very spacious and great value for money with nice views of the seaside and the park. Any issues I had with the flat were addressed in a timely matter, I felt safe and secure as all the fire regulations were taken very seriously. I dealt with Nichola and Helen, they were very pleasant and friendly. I would recommend PS and B for renting or buying properties.

They do not listen.... I stated that I would be the sole payer of rent but sought permission for long term partner to reside with me.... I stated this more than once..... Then find paperwork relating to shared payment....... Also I object that they require access to bank... I can provide and scan any requirements it highlights high risk when allowing access. Banking is private.

I have used PSandB for many years as managing agents for my 2 flats. They are very professional and whenever I have a query or problem they act upon it promptly with efficiency and kindness. They always work hard to find the best solution and are very good communicators. Helen and Niçola work especially well dealing with issues with the properties. They are well supported by Emma, Sarah and Dana. In the Accounts departments I have Joanne and Daniel who also deal with problems over the telephone. I have been in my current property for almost 4 months now and I just wanted to say how impressed I am with how things have gone so far and with the 4 members of staff that I have had direct dealings with. Things obviously began by viewing the property and this was carried out with Helen. After the initial viewing, she kept me up to date on progress, whilst also contacting me when necessary for some further information. Once I had been advised as to my offer success, Sarah was then my next point of contact in dealing directly with the application/ referencing side. Again, I had constant contact and updates from her and this also included April, who assisted her with various matters. This part of the process was eventually concluded and I received the keys, plus a lot of relevant documents. Once in my home, there have been some various maintenance issues, which I have had to pass through to the Agents and these have been dealt with by Nichola. Usually within a few hours I have received an email acknowledging the issue and she always confirms that once the landlord has agreed to any work, I should hear from the contractor. And this has always been the case to date. So overall, I am very impressed with all of the staff and contractors they use. Always very helpful, polite and keeping me updated as much as they can.
