Agents have been very proactive, with a special mention for my Property Manager Parris - ever since making the first introduction call to me, every interaction has been really good: efficient, professional, proactive, approachable, friendly, completely “on it”. As the landlord I know I’m in really good hands, communication for both me and the tenants is swift, queries are resolved quickly and amicably, and the property cared for. Totally recommended!

I needed some refurbishment work undertaken on my property in Worthing and was put in contact with Rob Steward and his refurb team at Michael Jones in Worthing. Rob quickly arranged a meeting at the property where we discussed the scope of work to be undertaken and the timescales.In very short time, Rob had lined up suitable contractors who provided detailed quotes for the required work and arranged for a meeting on site. The contractors were great and did a great job! Rob and his team kept me updated on progress throughout every stage of the process and have a provided a seamless end to end service which I am delighted with. I would highly recommend Rob and his team to anyone else looking to have refurbishment work carried out.

I have just bought a flat through Michael Jones, Worthing. I cannot fault them! They are a great team from Rob who arranged the viewing and negotiated, to Mark who kept in touch with me and the solicitors during the process, to Jane who stepped in when Mark was on holuday and then back to Rob on completion day who drove me to the flat and came in to ensure everything was ok. We had a really positive experience with Michael Jones. Mark especially was absolutely brilliant at progressing our sale to exchange and completion. Having sold our property in a few days, Ben Maylin was great at keeping us informed about new properties coming onto the market, showing us around and ultimately helping us to find the property we are now moving to. Mark Durrant provided us with a professional service, keeping us informed at every stage of our purchase. Liaising with the seller and solicitors efficiently. If we any had any questions about our purchase he was happy to advise or find out. Michael Jones provided a great service all round.

I very rarely write reviews however I was so impressed with the service I received from James (Lettings Manager of the Worthing Branch) his negotiators, the property management team and accounts department that a review was the least I could do to say a massive thank you to all those involved for making my life and the whole process as easy as possible through what was a very stressful time for me.Not only did they do exactly what they said they would do but nothing was ever a problem and if issues did arise they were dealt with immediately whilst keeping my mind at rest and also they did go the extra mile in helping me when my back was against the wall but it was the constant reassurance and no b**s** that meant the most from start to finish throughout this process. I have dealt with Estate Agents most of my life but I can truly say this whole team in Worthing was exceptional in what they did and still do for me unlike every other agent who over promises and always under delivers and that is why I had to write this review .Again, a massive thank you to all of you for everything you did for me and the excellent service you still provide today whilst managing my property.

My first time with Michael Jones after many agents looking after my rented accommodation over a 22 year period.Aside from the price hike, I could not be happier with the way that my new tenancy agreement was handled. I had some maintenance issues and these were dealt with not only quickly, but with care and concern by Kim Brand. Kim made me feel important and not just a little fish in a small studio.Thank you Kim

If you’re looking for professional advice James Caitlin and his merry team made renting out our property simple and all staff have a great sense of humour.
