FacebookHi, we would like to rent a flat for two please. “Sure, just a few questions, are you able to afford it?” Yes. “Great, do you both work?” Yup, full time! “Fantastic, are you a homosexual?” Why yes, I am, and proud! “Oh…. Wrong answer, some of our landlords have strict no homosexuals, sorry, hands are tied, end of story” It plays out like something from a comedy but it’s far from funny. The fact you have made made amazing people feel like they are nothing AND in pride month! IF you have a landlord on your books who is homophobic you really should strike them off and offer to facilitate a move FEE FREE for the disgusting way you have handled this debacle! You CAN make this better or you can keep burying your heads Kisses xx

Asked them to visit, value and discuss a sale. They failed to provide what was requested and generally came across as slippery. After telling them I wasn't interested and requesting removal from their database they have continued calling me for years.

GoogleI recently decided to rent my property and the guidance and advice I recieved from all concerned was first class. I have withdrawn the property for personal reasons and even though I have wasted some lovely people’s time they were understanding and very kind. Thank you to all.

Facebookalways super helpful if i have any problems or queries in my current flat - which i don’t which is even better and says a lot about the properties they rent out! also george who showed me around a first flat was super helpful and clearly enjoys his job - he was even a great help when the first rent fell through finding me a second more suitable flat in the same location � the girl who helped me fill in all forms and handed over the keys (so sorry i cannot remember your name!) was also up there with george. great friendly team �

Manager never in when I telephoned. Many lies told, no customer service, even when I raised some on going issues as a complaint. It did not bother anyone that potentially I had lost almost thirty thousand pounds, when too aborted sales came and went, and nobody showed the slightest bit of concern.

Think before you send your passport, driving licence and details of your financial accounts to this lot. I found them very unpleasant and untrustworthy. The manager became aggressive with me when I refused to increase an offer, started shouting at me and then flung the phone down. Very unprofessional.

FacebookYour company is a disgrace. No company should be allowed to discriminate against anyone because of their sexuality. I doubt these reviews and the attention on social media is not going to do much to help your business and maybe will encourage you to educate yourselves. One good thing about our community is we stand up for each other.

GoogleHaving only spent around 8 months renting with King & Chasmore, I'm sad to be leaving them. I've rented from various agencies for several years and have found K&C to be the best by far. They've been friendly, helpful and accommodating. It's been a pleasure to deal with the whole team. 10/10.

GoogleHad a great experience when renting a property through King & Chasemore Lettings. Dom gave us constant updates and went out of his way to make sure that we had everything we needed and that the letting went through without a hitch. Will definitely use again

GoogleAs a landlord, I need to trust the agent, and know they can handle my account and the tenants in an efficient and courteous way. They are a small team, so I always know who I am speaking to. Very professional and friendly service from them.
