I found Nicola Wardrop and her Team in Bognor to be more than helpful from the start. Unfortunately, due to the 'incompetence' of Solicitors acting for the Vendor, things got off to a slow start. I expressed my dissatisfaction to Nicola, and she dealt with the problem immediately. When further problems came to light, again caused by Solicitors incompetence and lack of response, Nicola engaged with my Solicitor and resolved the problem immediately. Her willingness to engage and keep things moving, enabled my Solicitor to bring this to a successful conclusion. I found Nicola to be extremely helpful - and never avoided the issue. Having bought and sold over a dozen properties in the last 45 years, she stands out as being the most obliging Agent I have ever dealt with. I have no hesitation in recommending her to anybody considering her services. Thank you Nicola.

Nikki was extremely professional from the get go. She was very informative when showing us the house in a friendly yet professional manner and gave us plenty of time to view; there was no sense of being rushed. All through the purchase process she has been very helpful and also very understanding when there was a hiccup our end - which was not local to Bognor Regis. If Nikki wasn't available Ed was also extremely helpful and knew where we were in the process. The agents don't "manage the properties" and therefore literally don't know anything about them

I don't know if this is common in the UK but I find it quite appalling: I had a viewing a few days ago for a flat in Brighton. The agent could not answer a single question (for example, when I asked about the EPC rating or asked if the intercom was in working order.) The property itself was okay, but it was clearly in need of some renovation (like painting a patch on the bedroom wall.) However, nothing seemed to work. The exhaust hood above the cooker didn't work, neither did the light, which the agent didn't seem bothered about. They apparently "don't manage the properties" and it's the landlord's responsibility but... don't they WANT the prospective tenants to WANT to rent the place?! Wouldn't it be more effective to check a property when it goes onto the market first and take note of all the things that need to be done, and tell the landlord to take care of it before the viewings? So weird. This clearly doesn't make me wanna live there!! They'd have a much better chance at renting if they were more thorough with inspections (if they even do any.) Why would I wanna move into a flat where stuff hasn't been properly looked at, and get the landlord to fix stuff AFTER I've moved in? Doesn't make sense to me.
