GoogleReally wonderful experience with HA. We received an offer and five weeks later we completed on the house with constant updates and communication throughout the process. We were very pleased with the whole service and would highly recommend.

GoogleRang the Bognor office to enquire about a property and spoke to a lovely young lady I believe was called Yasmin She was indeed very informative and very professional in her telephone manner and very thorough about my enquiry . In fact I actually called in for some paperwork and thought the way I was dealt with by other members of staff was very professional ,this for you must be a big plus as another two agents who I approached were way below the standards of your team Well done Dougie

GoogleWe chose another agency to place our home on the market and have lived to regret it sadly! Since launch we’ve had more contact from Hannah Frost at Henry Adams, West Sussex than our own agent. She instilled in me a confidence that when we next go back on the market (we’ve actually decided to stay where we are for a while as we’ve become so disillusioned) we will have one easy choice, to go with Henry Adams ...who are clearly far more proactive than reactive whilst always being both professional and approachable......Far from what we’ve received from our own agent...that’s a whole other story ....a catalogue of errors that were barely acknowledged and never apologised for. We look forward to working with Hannah in the future , where we know we will get service worthy of it’s name and not feel as if we are just another number.

All the appointments were arranged and executed in a very professional manner, which made us feel that Henry Adams defined our needs and went on to both meet and exceed them. His attention to detail, his attentiveness to us personally and the speed of his responses to our queries have all been excellent. GoogleHenry Adams staff, Gail and Jane at the Bognor office found a suitable buyer for my mother's house and have bent over backwards in helping to make the sale happen, overcoming issues as the appeared and acting as intermediary to fix issues until the contract exchange took place. Jane even left the shop to visit the house clearance people down the high street when they could not be contacted by phone; sorted that problem. I'd recommend Henry Adams at Bognor to anyone looking for a proactive estate agent.

GoogleMy girlfriend and I are extremely happy with the service provided by Henry Adams. They are extremely thorough, professional and most importantly, friendly. At first we spoke with Danielle, the lettings manager, who knew exactly what we were looking for and found us the perfect property with her first suggestion! Danielle put us on to Monique, a lettings negotiator, who has been very helpful, knowledgeable and handled our dealings with complete clarity. We would absolutely recommend Henry Adams and look forward to dealing with them again.

GoogleI am so pleased that we were fortunate enough to buy a house that was being marketed by Henry Adams, these estate agents are proper and for real. The young lady Jane Barlow that dealt with our purchase kept us updated on every detail of the move even regularly emailing us whilst we were in India over Christmas. I would not only highly recommend them but if and when I do sell the property we would sell it through, Henry Adams! Thank you all and what a wonderful house we have bought. George Dean

GoogleOn Monday the 20th August, I called to arrange a viewing on a property I was interested in buying. After a third degree, which included my mobile number, I got told on the phone that no one from the sales team was in the office at the moment (typical) but that I would get a call back shortly. By Friday, I still hadn't heard from them, so I sent them a lovely e-mail telling them what I think about the dreadful service they offer and that I wouldn't be very happy if I was the vendor, trying to sell a property through them, as they seem to ignore potential buyers viewing requests. At no moment, I mentioned my mobile number on that e-mail. Today, I got a phone call from Hanna (on my mobile) and she said: "I'm not calling you a lier but, we have no record at all of that phone call you say you made on Monday the 20th requesting a viewing. The first contact you made with us was by e-mail, when you sent us an e-mail telling us that we had ignored your request!" Wow... I don't know which magic ball they use in Henry Adams to obtain customers phone numbers, but I want one... 😉

GoogleI brought my Bungalow through Henry Adams in Bognor Regis High Street, the service was everything and more that I was expecting. The purchase was easy, went through without a hitch and I have had follow up communications from Henry Adams asking me if everything was ok. I also asked Henry Adams to get in touch with the sellers to ask a question about the pond in the garden and I received a full response via Henry Adams that answered my question and more. I would recommend Henry Adams, they were highly professional and I would also use them myself if I ever want to move.

GoogleGreat service, good valuation and didn't try to win my business by overvaluing the property but put it on at a price they could sell it for, got me two offers in the first 3 weeks and we sold and moved within 2 and half months. As with all things you get what you pay for and their experience and professionalism as well as the fact you always knew what was going on and could speak to someone when needed was worth every penny for avoiding the stress I hear some people go through with their estate agents!
