Yazmin has always been there to answer any questions we've put to her, Mike and Callum have shown a positive attitude with taking the time to look round our property. Kevin, from Selsey branch was so friendly at first but when I chose to go elsewhere due to massively better rates I got an unpleasant and upsetting reply. I complained to the CEO and had an apology from him, not Kevin of course but as a result it appears I've been 'blacklisted'. Up to the point of complaint I had received multiple properties to view with Henry Adams but nothing since. This appears malicious and extremely unprofessional. Please don't use Henry Adams in Selsey.

GoogleMy experience of Henry Adams has been first class, we sold and brought our house through them. The created a great broucure is our house in a better quality than other estate agents around, with true to like pictures rather than using wide angles lenses. Good communication on each occasion with what’s going on with buying and selling our houses could not recommend them highly enough.

I am using Henry Adams Estate Agents Lettings Department in Storrington to manage a property and my experience has been very very good. They have been extremely professional and thorough from advertising the property promptly and accurately, to doing viewings and helping me to find a great tenant quickly.On every occasion that I have liaised with them they have been good at communication, professional, and very reliable. I believe they provide a great service and good value for money.They always responded to my questions promptly and are quick to help the tenant if there are any questions or issues. Nothing has been too much trouble.I would highly recommended them and the Lettings team in Storrington.

I viewed a property on the Friday, started the paperwork on Monday & sure enough collected the keys to new property 5days later. Any questions or concerns were dealt with immediately, very professional & I will highly recommend them in the future!!

Went to view a property priced at £1450 a month, absolutely loved it, it was perfect and seemed promising. It all felt like false advertising especially when I went to place my application, I was given an opportunity to basically bid on the house by upping the offer for rent a month? How ridiculous! No one should have to bid on a house to get a higher chance to be accepted. Especially when everyone is struggling for money. The owner took a higher offer of course and the company were useless at letting us know. Not a professional setting at all. Ridiculous

As we live in France, we have Henry Adams to take care of our apartment in the UK and they have been so very well for ten years. The service is excellent and their management more than anything provides peace of mind - they have always been able to find good tenants quickly. Any maintenance issues are sorted out without delay from their raft of electricians, plumbers, handymen etc. Thoroughly recommend.
