Disgusting service. Was given false information and told a property had been let when actually viewings are still taking place. Viewed a property and was told by the agent he knew nothing about the building as he had never been there before. On entering the property was clearly being used as a drug house and the smoke was so bad I terminated the viewing immediately. Didnt even get so much as a call to apologise. I found out since the agent was actually the manager. Worrying!!

All you’ve ever heard or read about Estate Agents (always negative), you can forget when dealing with Henry Adams Estate agents. I cannot speak for the Company per say., but can whole heartily vouch for Mr. Callum Henn. Never have I been so impressed with someone in this field until today. A young, yet surprisingly mature man, who embraces every aspect of his job with diligence, courtesy, consideration and most of all knowledge. Yes an Agent who knows his properties, who guides you to the pluses and suggest alternatives for the minuses. How has answers to questions...amazing. I could go on, but suffice it to say he is one in a million in his field and Henry Adams should cherish him, as an absolute asset.

We have found two rental properties now through Alex Bush in the Storrington branch. We cannot thank him enough, he has been amazing throughout both. He has been in constant communication, always replies in a timely fashion and made sure both properties were perfect before we moved. Having a toddler it can be a stressful experience moving but Alex took a lot of stress away from the process and made it a really enjoyable experience to work with Henry Adams lettings.

Henry adams of storington evicted myself from a property they managed in pulborough .I have terminal cancer they didn't care put me out on the streets , kept my deposit . Heartless bunch of selfish uncaring rubbish . We chose another agency to place our home on the market and have lived to regret it sadly! Since launch we’ve had more contact from Hannah Frost at Henry Adams, West Sussex than our own agent. She instilled in me a confidence that when we next go back on the market (we’ve actually decided to stay where we are for a while as we’ve become so disillusioned) we will have one easy choice, to go with Henry Adams ...who are clearly far more proactive than reactive whilst always being both professional and approachable......Far from what we’ve received from our own agent...that’s a whole other story ....a catalogue of errors that were barely acknowledged and never apologised for. Henry Adams staff, Gail and Jane at the Bognor office found a suitable buyer for my mother's house and have bent over backwards in helping to make the sale happen, overcoming issues as the appeared and acting as intermediary to fix issues until the contract exchange took place. Jane even left the shop to visit the house clearance people down the high street when they could not be contacted by phone; sorted that problem. I'd recommend Henry Adams at Bognor to anyone looking for a proactive estate agent.

On Monday the 20th August, I called to arrange a viewing on a property I was interested in buying. After a third degree, which included my mobile number, I got told on the phone that no one from the sales team was in the office at the moment (typical) but that I would get a call back shortly. By Friday, I still hadn't heard from them, so I sent them a lovely e-mail telling them what I think about the dreadful service they offer and that I wouldn't be very happy if I was the vendor, trying to sell a property through them, as they seem to ignore potential buyers viewing requests. At no moment, I mentioned my mobile number on that e-mail. Today, I got a phone call from Hanna (on my mobile) and she said: "I'm not calling you a lier but, we have no record at all of that phone call you say you made on Monday the 20th requesting a viewing. The first contact you made with us was by e-mail, when you sent us an e-mail telling us that we had ignored your request!" Wow... I don't know which magic ball they use in Henry Adams to obtain customers phone numbers, but I want one... 😉

I brought my Bungalow through Henry Adams in Bognor Regis High Street, the service was everything and more that I was expecting. The purchase was easy, went through without a hitch and I have had follow up communications from Henry Adams asking me if everything was ok. I also asked Henry Adams to get in touch with the sellers to ask a question about the pond in the garden and I received a full response via Henry Adams that answered my question and more. Great service, good valuation and didn't try to win my business by overvaluing the property but put it on at a price they could sell it for, got me two offers in the first 3 weeks and we sold and moved within 2 and half months. As with all things you get what you pay for and their experience and professionalism as well as the fact you always knew what was going on and could speak to someone when needed was worth every penny for avoiding the stress I hear some people go through with their estate agents!
