GoogleI recently dealt with Jane Barlow on my property purchase. Jane was very on the ball and knew exactly what was happening with every property in the chain. She was extremely professional and helpful and kept my fully informed at all times. Would definitely recommend others to work with Jane on their property deals!

Viewed a couple of properties with the Bognor Regis office of Henry Adams, neither were suitable for my needs but found the staff very helpful and professional, especially Carol who showed us round. She is an asset to the company, very friendly, honest and down to earth.

Always gave feedback from the viewings without our need to chase them up. Every step of the way (as sellers), we were informed of what was happening. I also appreciate that we were selling in a difficult market and Henry Adams worked very hard to secure a sale on our behalf.

This is the most horrible letting agent I have ever encountered in my life, they're a nightmare. their activities and tendency to collude with landlords to rip you off your holding deposit runs against the acts of the UK paliaments, I can give you several tenants identities they have ripped off, a searchlight needs to be conducted into their activities if the labour government which we voted for will survive in their plans for housing in that axis.

GoogleWe had Gail attend our property just after my father passed away, I was expecting a hard push on the sale. I was totally wrong, the professionalism and care Gail showed to my mother was very much admirable. It was more like a counselling meeting. I will be forever thankful for this meeting. I recently purchased a property through Henry Adams in Selsey, given it was a leasehold flat and the management company was not helpful, I have to say a big thank you to the team, but especially to Kevin for his patience, tenacity and professionalism throughout. He went that extra mile to do everything possible for what turned out to be a difficult and lengthy process which would have been so much simpler had the management company been more proactive and communicative. I have recently changed to Henry Adams being the managing agent for my rental property due to issues I had with the previous managing agent.The staff in the Storrington branch have all been fantastic. They have answered any queries quickly and efficiently. They found a new tenant in a short space of time. Any maintenance queries have been dealt with in a professional and timely manner.I swapped to them in November 22 and already they have surpassed the previous managing agent by miles. Alex and all the lettings team have been amazing. They are a small team but all have a knowledge of what is going on with each property. I now complete trust and confidence with the way my property is being managed.

GoogleMark Peacock did a really good job for us over many months and in some trying circumstances. I would not recommend anyone going to auction and we should have stayed with Henry Adams throughout the process but in the end Mark got the job done. With good humour throughout and very responsive communications.

GoogleAppalled at how this agency have treated my friend who has been with loyal customers for 5 years. They advised her that the landlord was selling up but she was promised that they would be able to stay at the property and not to look for somewhere else to live. Only at the last minute was she told this was not the case and she has until December to find somewhere else to live. The miscommunication and misleading of the situation has left her in a terrible position and I would've expected more integrity from such a well known agency.

It's a shame 1 star is all I can put, they don't take care of their tenants, the landlord has taken months to do basic things. Thought to edit to address the comment, contacting the letting agency as requested under has been done multiple times but simple request are not answered and neither are the serious ones. So maybe a bad review is just the way to get their attention. Good to know... :D
