GoogleHad a viewing with Callum from the Bognor branch,although the property was not suitable for us,he took the time to get to know us,where we were moving from, reason for moving and where we really wanted to be. He gave us some very good, honest advice and even though we hadn't seen what we wanted, we left feeling very positive. Both my husband and I feel Callum is an asset to the branch and and as an ambassador for your company. Confidence in Estate agents can be sceptical, but after 5mins with Callum, would recommend and use this company again.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

GoogleThanks to Gail Mike and Jane for a professional, efficient and friendly sale. All in 6 weeks! As a sale following the death of my mother Gails sensitive manner was much appreciaited and the main reason we chose Henry Adams as our agents. Mike managed viewings and closed the deal with our purchaser quickly and efficiently and once the sale was in legal hands Jane worked hard to sort out the inevitable queries and questions which came up as the sale progressed. A great team!

They were great when moving in but when it came to moving out tried to make outrageous claims from the deposit and then quickly backed down when it went to dispute. Take lots of photos and evidence would be my advice!!!! Also left us 5 days with water coming through the ceiling!!

GoogleI have just moved house after 5 months and can honestly say it was an horrific experience after 5 months and 6 people in the chain, my dealing with Henry Adams at Bognor Regis was buying a house and I would never offer my property for sale with them in the future, all I can say is they need to show some manors and respect towards their customers, without us buying their houses they wouldn’t have a job, I would how ever like to congratulate Mike who was the only one in the Bognor office that treating me with any respect ! This is not an isolated incident as my daughter started to sell a property through them and moved it to White and Brookes due to the attitude of the Staff. Start to look around you Henry Adams there are lots of choices and I wouldn’t choose you, sorry just being honest from my experience.NegativeResponsiveness, Professionalism

I have used Henry Adams Letting Agent at Storrington for approximately 12 years for the letting and finding of new tenants for my property. Recently my flat was vacated. Alex Bush of the Storrington office speedily found new tenants. During the last few months Alex has been most helpful, friendly and efficient at the same time professional. Along with the manager James Riley they provide a well organised ,competent and caring team that I would highly recommend without any hesitation.

Moving into my rental property through Henry Adams estate agency was a breeze. From start to finish, their communication was top-notch, keeping me informed at every step of the process. The staff were not only professional (massive shout out to Alex) but also friendly, making the whole experience enjoyable. What stood out the most was their transparency, they were upfront about all the details, making sure there were no surprises along the way. Overall, my move-in experience was fantastic. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for a seamless rental process.

GoogleFrom the word go, they have gone above and beyond there customer services. We bought a house in april and have only just exchanged as it was going through probate... They constantly updated us on the procedure and regular emails. You cannot fault henry Adam's at bognor Regis, especially Gail who showed us around the house, and jane who has been on top form. Fantastic company and we cant thank you guys enough... We look forward to showing u the end results. Thanks again ladies x

GoogleI have no hesitation in recommending Henry Adams Estate agents. I found them to be extremely helpful and friendly. I dealt with Callum first while viewing my property and he was friendly and helpful and just a call away at all times. I then dealt with Jane when everything was moving forward and she is just so friendly and accommodating no matter when you call or email. My experience with this agency has been nothing short of terrible. Every person who showed me properties looked like they would rather be anywhere else. No interest, no motivation, and often giving incorrect information. The level of incompetence was obvious from the very first visit.

GoogleIt was from my first conversation and the initial meeting with the Senior (Mark Peacock) negotiator that I was impressed with. It was a difficult time for me as I was marketing my late mothers property. I include all the staff at the Bognor Regis branch, when I say how impressed I was with their attention to customer satisfaction, sensitivity and professional conduct they all displayed. GoogleWe were lucky enough to have the pleasure of working with Yazmin Welling at Henry Adams, Bognor. She was incredibly professional and friendly & took us through the whole process of selling our home. From the initial visit to value the property, to helping us with professional photos, to taking us through the sale itself, Yasmin was always on the ball and thorough with her work. I know we wouldn’t bother trying anybody else for further property sales now that we’ve had the pleasure of working with Yazmin. Highly recommended for a fuss free sale.
