Despite lots of viewings our property didn't sell until we reduced the price. We then accepted a further substantially reduced offer because the market had been falling. The Fox and Sons team Keira, Brenden and George were helpful and took many people for viewings until finally we received two offers at well below the asking price. The team helped us negotiate and we accepted the higher of the two. The sale went through although communication between our buyer and our solicitor was slow.

I would especially like to thank George, who is a real credit to the company. He was very thorough in selecting suitable applicants and managed to sell my property very quickly. The branch took all the stress out of the process, even assisting with the solicitors’ forms and sending them off on my behalf. I would 100% recommend the Bognor branch and would like to give a big thanks to the whole team for their outstanding service. Harassing me with phone calls when iv asked them to stop more than once

I asked fox and sons to come a do a valuation of my late father’s property. I have then been phoned 20times since asking if they can put the property on the market for me. I asked them politely to not phone me any more as it’s on the market with a different estate agent and to take my details of the system. They said they would I have since then received 5 other phone calls from them and each time been told they will take my of the the system. I have had three calls since and each time I have asked not to be phoned and they keep phoning me. It’s getting to the point of harassment now. I would stay clear. They clearly don’t listen to peoples wishes and feel it’s ok to continue to phone someone when they have been asked not to. If only they put the same amount of effort into selling a property ( they had my old house on the market two years and had about three people for viewings.
