Late last year we put my mums property on the market with Cubitt and West (Southsea) as we had used them before and were very happy with them. With prompt attention it was on the market by Christmas and early in the New year we had an offer! sadly the buyer pulled out 6 weeks later, but the property was promptly back on the market and soon we had another offer which is progressing well. Thanks to Maddison, Emily and Amelia for all their hard work....

Impressed with Cubitt & West Redhill

I have been very impressed with Cubitt & West, Redhill. Kristine Capule, especially, listened to my requirements carefully when I put my property on the market, and she managed to secure a buyer extremely quickly. She was also spot on to suggest properties that I might be interested in, which helped me to find a new property I wanted to buy quickly too. Kristine is extremely professional, courteous and she is a careful listener and has the expertise to get you fast to the next step when it comes to selling and buying property. Nothing is too much trouble, and she is always happy to assist with any additional queries one might have. This is the second time I have instructed Cubitt & West Redhill in the last 7 years, and I have not been disappointed; I have been even more impressed with the team this time.

Could not recommend enough

We have recently sold our property through Cubitt & West and could not recommend the southsea branch enough. We instantly warmed to Maddison the moment she came to do a valuation and throughout the whole journey, she has been invaluable. Amelia and Emily have been incredible whilst conducting viewings and as a result, we sold within just a few days.The entire team has also helped us with our own property search and we have felt nothing but supported and listened to. Maddison kept us informed of suitable properties and made us feel feel respected and looked after and we now consider the team as friends.A special mention also has to go to Ian whose humour, patience and kindness has made the entire mortgage application process painless, and his hard work will not be forgotten.We have dealt with many other estate agents and would not hesitate in recommending this team over anywhere else.

The marketing and sale of our property by Zoey and the subsequent co-ordination with our purchase by Julie was first class. Zoey showed more interest and requested more knowledge of our home than the competition. She knew exactly who to market it to, and as a result it was sold after two viewings and only two days on the market.Our combined sale and purchase involved a chain which has required constant communication with all parties and Julie has been instrumental in getting everyone to the finishing line.

Cubitt and West Horley

The whole experience from start to finish has been very professional from Cubitt and West. Siobhan initially got the property on the market swiftly and got buyers queueing up. Communication was clear, concise and just when I needed it to keep me on track. The team in the background like Lindy and Aumit kept the sale moving along with patience and diligence. We even had the usual chain issues but everybody stayed calm and alert and we finally exchanged without any issues. All in all the team at Cubitt and West deserve five stars.

Over the moon with the service we have received from the Horley branch.After speaking to four estate agents about putting our house on the market, we were immediately drawn to Siobhan. She was incredibly friendly, professional and we loved her approach!! We were soon greeted by Ellie who works with Siobhan and together they got the house on the market quickly and kept me in the loop throughout. Marcus at cubitt and west is amazing!

I have rented from cubitt and west for nearly 8 years. Marcus who is head of lettings in portsmouth is the most kindest and easiest man to get on with. He has always listened to all my needs and helps me every step of the way to get the right home I need from start to finish. He has great communication and is always easy to get hold off and always gets back to me promptly. If you're looking to rent a home I highly recommend Marcus from the portsmouth branch as he will go above and beyond to get you what you're looking for. I will never rent a property from any other company other than cubitt and west because they are so understanding and I trust them. Emily Casey is the definition of great customer service

Emily Casey has been outstanding over the last couple of days. Very easy to talk with, extremely conscientious and organised. Emily has offered advice on brokers and mortgages which so far no other estate agent has volunteered. She spent time getting to know me instead of just filling out a form and making the experience personal. If I’m honest I want to buy a house just so Emily gets the commission! Brilliant Team at Pulborough Branch

We had a marvellous experience with Martin, Melissa, Tara and Kirsty at the Pulborough office resulting us selling our house for full asking price and buying our dream home in Bognor Regis.When our first buyer unexpectedly pulled out, we were devastated and feared losing the house we’d fallen in love with. However within a week Martin found us a new buyer who offered full asking price which was £5k more than the original buyer had offered! Throughout the process Martin was always at the end of the phone to offer advice and reassurance.Estate agents get a bad name and certainly all estate agents are not the same BUT Martin and his team at Pulborough are simply the best. I can’t recommend them highly enough.

Absolutely amazing, from the moment Maddie sat in our living room and talked about our property and sale, we had confidence in Cubitt and West. We had been thinking about selling for a while and had already had some disappointing almost disinterested agents around but Maddie was realistic and full of enthusiasm. The team organised viewings to fit in with us perfectly, marketed our property brilliantly keeping us in the loop every step of the way and best of all sold within days. We had to find a rental for a short term very quickly with the added potential complexity of it being furnished. I contacted so many estate agents with little reply. We had a prompt, professional and efficient service from cubit and West in North end. Abbie was our contact and she was so kind and did everything she could for us. We were unable due to isolation to physically see the property so we had a video call arranged which meant that we still not miss out on the property. When we went in to sign contracts and pay our deposits it was pain free and done easily so and so I can't help but leave a glowing review. Thank you.
