Cubbit & West have done very well for me. A very friendly and helpful office but one person in the system stood out no matter how many times I phoned with a problem. If Julie Bramble wasn’t available when I phoned she would phone me back a.s.a.p. She is always very reassuring, I did get frustrated on occasion but Julie was very reassuring and helpful and put my mind at ease, thank you Julie.

Having our property 'sit' on the market for several weeks we engaged with Steve and his team and within a few weeks we had an agreed offer and have just successfully completed, we also secured our new purchase with the team at C&W. While it took a while to sell our house due to economic climate, the team were always very helpful. Once the house was sold we were kept fully informed of what was happening. Julie was also constantly keeping in touch with our buyer's solicitors who at times were very slow. We do not plan on moving again but would definitely recommend them
