Our house sale was always going to be problematic; elderly father moving in with his daughter and son in law over 150 miles away and us needing to sell his old home. Trying to facilitate all this from a long distance was stressful and challenging. However Cubitt and West supported us so well throughout the process and Julie Bramble went above and beyond in order to support us, chase solicitors and paperwork, while constantly updating us due to the sale being 'long distance'. We couldn't have done it without her, thank you.

Excellent service from the Cranleigh branch

We put our house on the market with the Cranleigh branch and within two weeks of an open house we had accepted an offer. Kerry-Ann and her team were there to support us throughout the whole process. We used their recommended conveyancing who were efficient and easy to use. We use Cubitt and West to market and manage our rental property. Our contact in the Lettings Department is Holly. Holly is always conscientious, patient and polite. If she promises a call back she always fulfils that promise. Tenant vetting is good and we rarely have any vacant time. The service is highly recommended.
