Advice for tenants of properties managed by this company: Email responses: If a yes/no response - expect at least 2 days and to have to chase them up with a phone call. If for a more detailed response with issues - expect to have to call them as they won't reply unless emailing branch manager. If for you to make a payment - expect instant response. Requesting repairs or replacements: Getting a contractor - expect to have to chase contractors yourself and no matter what the issue, will take a long time. Replacements being delivered - They will give you a days notice of delivery dates and times, meaning if you work, you'll have to find someone else to receive the delivery. When first moving into the property: Appliances - Don't expect them to have been checked to see if they work. Security - Don't expect any of the potential entrances to the property to have been checked. Property in general - Nothing will have been checked above the standard of someone with below average intelligence walking around with a camera. Lived in the property for less than a month and have had nothing but trouble, 2 of those weeks where we couldn't actually cook or keep valuables / feel safe in the property, but still obviously having to pay for that time. I hope their service will improve in time, but at the moment, not happy. Leaders in incompetence and poor service, not property management.

Be careful tenants!!! They will try every trick in the book to get some of that deposit off you when the time comes. Quite simply the so called handing over process that STATES do not remove and screws/pins etc from the wall they then try and charge you (from your deposit) for leaving them in???? you clean the house top to bottom making it livable for the next person yet they still find the odd cobweb or scuff on wall/skirting board, dust on a bathroom extractor fan - talk about petty! they then attempt to charge you a house cleaning fee!!!! BE WARNED!!!! They will take some of that deposit. To say paid over £14 Thousand pounds in rent over two years they are that landlord orientated they will attempt to deduct more from your deposit for trivial wear and tear items. Good riddance and strongly advise against PWR (formally Leaders) Never moaned once about the house and put up with the ssllooww flowing kitchen sink tap, the shower that dribbled rather than flowed, the tv aerial that we replaced at our cost, revamping the muddy garden so as not to trample mud in, or every time the gas boiler fired up all you could smell was gas yet had a certificate to say was safe hmmm and then there was having to put up with the boiler not being a combi? in this day and age who has to heat water up all night and day just so can fill a bowl of water up etc etc but nooo they don't know any of that and all they are bothered about is a miserable couple of hundred quid for a few marks pffft. KEEP AWAY TENANTS!!!! Update: Loving the reply...should of thought about the consequences before deducting monies and playing ping pong via email holding tenants to ransom for weeks with stupid photos of a few petty things... hurts doesn't it, you attempt to deduct just short of £200 for what would of taken 10mins to sort out from a loyal tenant for two years yet try and bleed that little bit more out in the interest of greedy landlords/agents even though over 12k paid over that time? this is a truthful review with emails to back it up + petty pictures....like I say, Watch out tenants! Update number 2: Strange how since my review all of a sudden it is followed by 12 positive reviews in the space of two weeks yet total review count is 25 over how many months/years? something fishy going on here just like the lame service towards tenants....that's it PWR keep the lies coming so as the truthful reviews get pushed down the list. Another give away is that of those 12 new reviews in a space of a week 10 were new accounts who had never left a review before..... TENANTS KEEP AWAY THESE PEOPLE ARE LIARS!!!

Very friendly and helpful service for the viewing! We were greeted by 3 representatives, one of whom took us into the property and gave a guided tour (which was great as many agencies leave you to it!), answering all of our questions along the way. After we were provided with a bag with all the property details - a lovely touch- and a representative discussed the property with us, all of whom were very knowledgeable about the property! We then headed over to the office, and everyone there was very helpful too. Great service overall - if we ever deal with an agency again, we hope its Leaders!!

I used PWR (now Leaders) for a tenancy find only and they made the whole process very easy for me especially as this was the first time I have rented out a property. The staff were very quick to answer my questions and they drew up a contract that suited me. They were also very flexible in allowing me to be a part of the vetting procedure in choosing the right tenants and so I was able to meet potential tenants before any applications were made to rent my property. I was happy with the final outcome and would recommend their services.
