Bought a house with Holden Copley and all round was a great experience as their team was well organised and very mannerful. They worked very hard to understand what I wanted and went above and beyond to supply that. I specifically remember a team member called Bailey who took the info of what I wanted and used this to help give ideas on what I could do with the property. She did this over a course of 3 viewings that I’m sure she didn’t have to do. She also offered me more viewings and told me just to let her know. All this helped massively to plan what I wanted and in the end everything worked great

I have had a very pleasant experience renting a property from Holden Copley. Efficient, helpful, friendly but professional service throughout. I had a lot of help and support from a lovely lady called Lexy who went above and beyond to help me when I needed extra advice , she was professional but also personable and nothing was to much trouble. I struggle with dyslexia and Lexy prompted me of dates I needed to respond too. This demonstrates that this company are capable of responding to and accommodate clients individual needs. Great experience and support from Millie!

Great experience with the management of my property, all thanks to the great support from Millie, senior property manager. She really understands what our interests are as landlords and customers, and has always gone the extra mile to support us and given us the best advise. Over the last 5 years, I have dealt with different property managers at Holden Copley and experienced some issues, to be honest. However, I have the feeling that our property is well looked after with Millie so we are very pleased since we started working with her a few months ago.In our case, we have an investment property and live far away on a different country. As such, we truly value communication and Millie has provided that from day 1 to keep us well informed on that status of our property.

We had a very good experience

We have had a really good experience with Houlden Copley, as first time renters me and my partner were thrilled to have someone professional supporting us. I also noticed that they were very supportive of the Landlady and Landlord which is good as we were able to actively communicate and arrange a meeting day. One thing we did struggle with (which is why the 4 star) we were not told (me and my partner are 18 and 19 and had my mum as guidance) that we were not allowed to accept the keys off the landlord, this sped up the process and cause alot of stress.

Incredible staff at Arnold Branch

To our surprise, the experience of buying our first house was enjoyable and stress free as the team took care of any problems that came up. Not only were they efficient but the team were polite, friendly and caring. Every-time I called the branch in Arnold, no matter who answered, they were aware of who I was and passed me to the person who was supporting us through this.Chloe, who took care of our purchase, was extremely supportive and was constantly checking in to make sure there was no delay in getting the keys.Overall, a great experience and I would highly recommend this service to anyone!

The sale of our house didn’t go through unfortunately (the market isn’t great!) however all of the team were very friendly and professional. In particular harry mawer who was one of the first faces we saw when we put our house up for sale, he took the photos and gave us an introduction to the process ect he came on time, in a suit and his work speaks for itself, the pictures and virtual tour were 10/10. I had the most amazing experience from start to finish with Holden Copley and was very pleased with the service we received. They marketed the house with fantastic photos as this was a rental property, viewings where well planned...... just a shame about the people who never turn up when they have booked a viewing!! and the sale was swift. we was appointed Josie as our progresser who gave us weekly updates and made the sale swift and stress less. We completed when estimated and was very happy with the overall service we received. Great team work ....we will be in touch when we sell the next rental Josie .
