GoogleI thoroughly recommend First Step. The attention to detail is spot on. They go that extra mile to resolve those issues that block the chain which we all suffer from. Ensure to the best of their ability milestones are met for everyone to move as seamlessly as possible. Our extended family have used them on several occasions and they are second to none locally.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleWe moved to Stotfold in January. Jules did a fantastic job in keeping me up to date & well informed throughout the whole quite stressful situation. In fact she did a far better job than our own agent that was selling our place! I would have no hesitation in recommending FirstSteps. Thank you very much Jules & your team.

GoogleFrom start to finish First Step is the only step you should take when buying/selling or renting a property. The lady who dealt with our BIG move from the highlands of Scotland to Stotford!!! was the brilliant Gaye. We can’t fault a thing. Very professional but warming approach with every aspect of our move. Always kept in touch with every step of the way. 11/10!!!! .

GoogleWe used First Step when we rented a property in Fairfield park. Having dealt with numerous estate agents in the past and being left totally frustrated by their service I am pleased to say that First Step were completely different! Nothing was too much trouble, easily contactable even on their days off! All the staff were brilliant! Well done First Step and thank you.
