Fantasic service! If you want to sell your house in stanley i would recommend david bailes! Richard who does the pictures and marketing is great, was at the house for over an hour like moving things to make the best possible picture. And very detailed write up on the ads Coral is very helpful in the sale process, always there to help you if you call or go on the office. Put my house on market in september and was sold by november! With great advice from coral in how to push my sale in that time Only estate agent to use in the stanley area!

I sold my dad's house with David Bailes and would definitely recommend them. I felt I was in very safe, professional and knowledgeable hands and certainly went the extra mile in finding a suitable buyer. When I first met the team they assured me they had plenty buyers on their books would were looking for investment properties and this proved true. Aidan valued the property and I was pleased with his valuation and recommendations.They produced high quality photos and video and almost immediately Richard was showing the property to a huge number of potential buyers. I was kept informed of viewings, feedback via phone and on their portal which is easy to use and allowed me to keep track of all the information. Both Coral and Richard helped me sift through offers weighing up the pros and cons of each buyer which enabled me to come to a decision and get the best possible price. Throughout the conveyancing it was great to know they were just a phone call away.

Morally corrupt Slum landlords do not exist without letting agents that are happy to represent them. My daughter was served a section 21 notice (no blame eviction) and issued notice of a 20% rent increase in the same letter. I spoke with Aiden at the office and he said he had no issue with my daughter as a tenant and would happily put her in any of their properties. I asked what the landlords motivation for this was and he said it was simply to get her out, the landlord was sick of her reporting issues. For example, 1 issue was that her bathroom leaked into her kitchen. Several trades came to inspect and all had the same opinion of what was required. The landlord wasn't happy with any of these quotes and sent an odd job man with a silicone gun, this never worked, despite the many attempts. Aiden explained that he was acting on behalf of the landlord, and that the landlord did nothing illegal. I asked if the landlords morals and ethics were aligned with David Bailes and he said "obviously not, but we're in a contract with him and have to give 2 months notice to him". My daughter is now out of the property and the property is now being marketed to let by David Bailes at the same rent she was paying prior to the increase. David Bailes and Aiden are obviously happy to take any money, no matter how dirty it is. David Bailed and Aiden clearly lack the morals and ethics required to do the right thing by their tenants, all they care about is getting the rent in for their slum landlords. I have listed one issue which to this day has not been resolved and David Bailes are aware of this. Another serious issue which took months to resolve was a damaged soil stack. There was effluents running down her block paving and into the street for months, and David Bailes failed to hold their landlord accountable. The property in question is 24 Wylam Street, avoid at all costs.

we rented a house for 2 years though these, work was slow to get done, walls were taken back to brick and replastered due to damp which came back as they use subpar repair people, there was rat dropping in the house ceiling and it was never ending issues. we deep cleaned and moved out they then decided to withhold our deposit for issues that were there before we moved in avoid renting though these they just rip you off

Bought a property using this estate agent, but unlucky, we bought it with rubbish. We informed them 22nd of July to take it away before the competition date but no response until sale went through 22 of August and now the responsibility of disposing the rubbish became ours. Why did you not action our concern when we emailed you about this problem? Not happy. They said they have taken rubbish out but they have not given us evidence that the bins have been emptied from the last tenant. By the way, it's not just rubbish, it's how you treated us that is appalling. It's unspeakably heartbreaking.
