Really impressed with David Bailes after a recent house purchase, from my initial inquiry and viewing to completion, any time I have had any questions their friendly staff were available to help out especially Coral whom I spoke to the most also Becky and Richard when Coral wasn’t available, they were professional very knowledgeable and helpful, if I ever find myself looking to put a property on the market I would not hesitate to contact them and I would definitely recommend them.

My husband and I used David Bailes to purchase our first home. Beckie and Coral were both absolutely fantastic and always took the time to answer our questions (which there were many) and always replied within the hour, if not minutes. Thank you for all the help and support during the whole process. It made a stressful event much easier

Brilliant estate agents, both Coral and Beckie were really helpful throughout the whole process. As first time buyers the process was really quick and cannot thank you guys enough for the support. Absolutely fab team and we will certainly get in contact if we need an estate agent in the future. Thanks again! 😊 …

I highly recommend David Bailes estate agents, in particular Coral. After a stressful time with solicitors i dont know what i would of done without Coral as she helped me above and beyond what any Estate agent has ever done. You will not find a better agent.

My interactions with David bailes estate agents have been Pleasant and rewarding. First class service. Personal touch offered, and even though the transaction did not progress through with myself, I would recommend them to anyone toying with the idea of maybe getting on the property Ladder.

Property sold with DAVID BAILES in around 3 weeks, When other properties in the same location had been and were still up for sale for longer with other agents. Coral kept me up to date every step of the way, very stress free house sale. Thank you all involved. highly recommended

After about 6 stressful months of failing to find a house to rent, David bailes was the one to get us our house. I would like to personally thank Heather for all the viewings and help who gave us options to think about as we didn't have a guarantor. And every other agency turned us away. very helpful and kind women, but if it wasn't for Hailey we we would of failed again. After paying for the holding fee and filling all the forms, to be told that something wasn't right so we failed the reference. But that didn't sit right with Hailey who questioned it and put appeal in, and won. So now we have a date to get the keys and start out new chapter. So thank you very much your literally a life saver as I was about to give up. Can't wait

Just sold my house using David Bailes and would highly recommend them. They were fantastic from start to finish. Beckie was brilliant and answered any questions I had, even if some of them were daft ones lol. I was always kept up to date with what was happening so always knew what was going on and if anything was needed. Many thanks.

Had a great experience buying through your agency. I work as an acquisitions manager for an investment firm, I speak to a lot of agents on a daily basis and I must say customer service was exceptional. Coral from the sales department, was professional, timely and handled the negotiations like an expert. Very pleased and I look forward to working with them again in future. Thank you Coral, great work.PositiveQuality, Value

The young lady who showed us around Croft Court was very friendly and helpful answering all of our questions. Unfortunately the apartment was too small for us as ideally we are looking for two bedrooms. Thankyou so much for all of your help, we hope you will keep in touch with other properties that come onto the market in Croft Court. Ann Maughan.
