Wish there were a 0 star review to be given for this property.Person named Rory Clench booked me for viewing 1 week in advance for a property in Wells only to cancel few hours before that offer has been accepted.Kept laughing on the phone rudely while discussing this.Probably used my booking as back up to pressure the other viewers into making offer on the property. So unprofessional.

TrustpilotVery happy with Ad Hoc
I've been a guardian on and off for some years now, and it's really worked for me. The low cost involved means I am able to save, instead of spending on endless bills. It's a great characterful building in a nice area, and with great people like Rory and Paul always efficient and helpful only a phone call away should you need them. I'm very happy with Ad Hoc.

Very helpful to got me in to a place close to work even though I'd originally applied for another advertised property. Was given a full tour and all the information necessary to proceed as they use an in depth credit check.Got a new room in a week and standby for a bigger room. Many thanks.

TrustpilotPleasant Experience
Had a very pleasant experience with ad hoc. Never had any problems with Martin (estate agent) which is a rarity nowadays. Any issues i had would be resolved promptly & effectively. Would highly recommend if you are looking for some cheap shared housing, if you travel for work frequently or if you are a uni student like i was.

TrustpilotReview after gaining a property
This has been my first property I have moved into and the process from Ad Hoc has been very easy and smooth, from enquiring about the property to getting the keys. I have had no problems so far and always get the help when I am unsure about something. If I ever need to look at moving elsewhere, Ad Hoc would be my first point of contact.

FacebookI've been part of the Adhoc community as a guardiañ a number of times over the last 10 years and thoroughly enjoyed living in some unusual properties. I'm a single, mature professional who enjoys the freedoms and experiences this kind of living brings... the ethical sustainability of making a home inside an alternative building is mind opening.
