GoogleFrom the first impression we had already felt this agency will help us to find the right property. This was the case! we have been looking for a new flat for few months and Amie helped us a lot in any way possible. She was very responsive for any sort of requests. She gave us great and genuine advices trying to understand our needs and preferences. All the process was smooth and easy. We did not have any sort of trouble. All our friends told us to be careful while dealing with agencies but we are glad to say that we very pleased and happy. Also we received all the documents in a clear and digital format too. The agency also had a clear Covid policy on place. We are very happy and we will use the same agency in the future, hopefully to buy one cosy house. GoogleLast year I purchased a home via Your Move. Our independent surveyor said he found a high damp reading in the kitchen, so I contacted Your Move and said obviously I'm concerned and don't want to go ahead with the purchase until we know what's going on. I was informed that Your Move have damp specialists that deal with their rental properties and they'll organise it for me. Stupidly I trusted this. A few days later I received a call to say that their damp specialist found no evidence of damp or high readings, and I was told sometimes these anomalies happen on rainy days etc. We went ahead with the house purchase. Days after I moved in, I found that the kitchen wall was so damp that you could push your finger far into the concrete wall. I was devastated. I contacted Your Move who told me that the estate agent I had dealt with no longer works there, and that was it. 11 months later and the wall is still really damp, and I still have the 'sold' sign taking up space in my back garden. I just want to warn anybody buying your first home - find and use your own surveyors and specialists.

GoogleI have let my first property for nearly a year with Your Move in Andover after meeting several letting agencies. Amie valued my property and was very informative and helpful. Also, Evie worked hard to find a tenant for me and kept me informed until they found a nice tenant. Chris who runs the day to day issues for my place has been very helpful and responsive and also reactive. I am sure my tenant would speak highly of her too. Even their Regional Director Michael Gearing has responded to my email of thanks when receiving my Invoice and Statement of Account from himself. (And I am just a tiny man with one property.) That's impressive! I have no affiliations with these people other than them doing a good job running my home while I work away. So thank you all. I recommend them.

GoogleWent to view a property with Your Move Andover - definitely felt like they weren't being honest from the moment I met them. Seemed unwilling to divulge any information beyond the superficial aspects of the property unless they were questioned twice. An hour's drive to get to a property to discover no fridge or washing machine?? lol Come on it's 2020! The absence of these basic items were hidden in the advert due to misleading photo angles. Didn't even bother telling me the property had been let to someone else so that I could put an offer in with my Plan B. On reflection, not someone I would want to rent from via a managed let.

GoogleI have been with Your Move for a considerable number of years (I won't say how many as it makes me feel old) I have always received good service. Recently I have been dealing with Daryl who has been extremely helpful in building a very professional relationship and an individual service. He has gone out of his way on many occasions over the past few months. He always follows up any issues and makes you feel welcome, whether on the phone or in person. I think Amie deserves a mention as she has been great and very effective in responding to any day to day issues I have had. She is always there to help. Last but not least, I have had some dealings with Cheryl, mainly by email, who is also very professional in her approach.

GoogleThe specifics of our house sale were not the easiest - we had a first-time buyer who was very uninformed about the whole process and had to be coaxed into each action needed. This was combined with their (not local) solicitor who was absolutely useless. Kieran secured the sale and did his best on our behalf to chase the buyer, inform them of their responsibilities and push the sale towards exchange. It was handed over to Vicki at the tense late stages and she also helped immensely and we have finally exchanged contracts. We’re very appreciative!

GoogleI have been with Your Move Andover for 3 years now. From the start at viewing the house with Aimee an then all my checks with Chris the service has been outstanding. The team are friendly will accommodate your needs an even during COViD they have been helpful friendly in difficult circumstances. Have used other letting agencies however would definately remain with Your Move. Thank you all for an excellent service would definately recommend👍👍

GoogleCalled a couple of times and the service was quite poor, I would dare to say rude, after the gentleman at the phone hanged the phone on me before I could finish my sentence.

If you need to ask anything to the landlord prior to moving in, don't bother as they won't contact the landlord and will rent it to someone else within a day BUT they will tell you that they were trying to get hold of the landlord! Making you wait and then tell you that they rented it! They most be desperate for the money!
