Ollie and the team where brilliant, from initial contact through to accepting the offer on our home, everything was quick, professional & organised. GoogleI called for a property few weeks ago and I was told I would have been called back by someone, I believed what they said, so I waited, after a week still nothing so I called again and asked to see the property just to be told that the property has just been let. Very disappointed because I could have rented the property.

The new Lettings manager in Andover is a breath of fresh air, straight to the point, honest and managed to get me the more than I expected for the property. GoogleEstate agents withheld vital information from buyers, such as asbestos being in the house. single skin walling which will cause damp and mould. Obviously after they found the buyers withdrew there offer, especially as they had a baby! After speaking to the relevant people they have said the house should not really be on the market and that it would be very very hard for someone to get a mortgage on it!!
I am sorry to see your review has changed since your survey. You have done the right thing by having the property surveyed by an chartered surveyor and I sorry to hear of the findings. We would never knowingly withhold information from prospective buyers and I am sorry you feel this way. As promised, we will do our best to find you a more suitable property.

GoogleAbsolutely raging with the letting team at Andover…… have reported leak damage coming into my flat from their tenant above with promise of attendances to sort it and look at damage repair only for no one to turn up, both hallway cupboard now soaked and look like this….. how far can I take this complaint???
