We had such a fantastic experience with Neve from start to finish. She was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process and her communication was outstanding, she always kept us updated and was quick to answer any questions we had. What really stood out was how understanding and accommodating she was. We hadn’t realised we needed to give two months’ notice at our current property, and Neve went above and beyond to help rearrange our moving date by a whole month. That took so much stress off our shoulders, and we’re incredibly grateful for everything she did to make it happen. Nothing ever seemed too much trouble, and she made what could have been a very stressful experience so much easier. We can’t thank Neve enough for all her hard work and kindness. We would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a dedicated, professional and genuinely caring estate agent.

After deciding to sell my house in Andover I contacted Tom at Your Move to discuss. He give me helpful tips and advice to get the previously rented house up to a good standard and showed me useful comparisons between homes sold in various states of decoration and repair in order to obtain the best price. Once on the market the house sold after one viewing exceeding my expectations on timelines. Tom has assured me he will keep me informed as the sale progresses. I can highly recommend Tom who is very personable and professional and clearly appreciates the stress both vendors and buyers experience and alleviates where he can assist.

We recently bought a house where Your Move Andover were the selling agents, and I have to say, Tom was outstanding throughout the entire process. He stepped in where my own agent didn’t, consistently pushing the deal forward and keeping things on track. He even helped by contacting our managing agent when delays started to hold things up, something my own agent should have been doing. Got our 1st accommodation through them in 2022 having moved from Zimbabwe,a 2 bed flat a stone throw away from town centre and for 3 years anything that needed to be fixed they were always helpful and had it sorted, we received a Section 21 as our landlord (very good one i must say) sold the house to his brother, in all our panic of being out of a place to stay they swiftly assisted in getting a new place to stay and it eased our worries and the communication from time getting the approval to moving in was always on point and now we are in our new home, Happy.. What can I say. We rented through Your Move Andover branch for just over 4 years. We had a few issues with the property along the way. But they have supported us every step of the way! Landlord sold the property and they went above and beyond to help us throughout the transition. Even having our backs getting our full deposit back. I would highly recommend them to anyone and sad we no longer rent through them. Only because the time we had to find somewhere just wasn't enough time to find a property through them. Beyond incompetent, tried to casually change my move in date few days before then flat was vile not even an attempt at cleaning it and riddled with mould, guy that met me there on moving day couldn't wait to get away after handing the keys over. Turning up at 9am for an inspection with no communication prior apart from the email they sent 3 months ago. Oh and lost my deposit when I moved in didn't even know I paid it. And very professional arguing with everyone that provides feedback. Pathetic.
