GoogleVery happy with the communication and efficiency from Michelle Smethurst. My shower unit had stopped working and was replaced once a new one was ordered. The plumber, Lewis had done an excellent job installing the shower and also repair the very slow water flow in the toilet, which has been a life changer. GoogleI would not recommend this agency. I liked one of their posted properties and made an offer. However, when discussing the property, a staff member mentioned a public order on the road, hinting that she may have already chosen a buyer. The property was sold to someone else without considering my offer, even after multiple calls. Stay away from them. I would have given 0 stars if I could. She decides whom to sell the property to.
