I had been messed around by a few agents in terms of them not sticking to agreed appointments, properties being in a much worse state than they appeared in photos online etc, so was not having the best experience with my property search. Ben Gordon-Smith however responded to my query the very same day, and offered to show me the property that same evening, as it was on his way home. I appreciated the flexibility and was really impressed with the property, so I made an offer that same night, and it was accepted the next day. Ben has been very helpful in terms of clearly outlining next steps, and when there were queries about my referencing, he provided sound advice to ensure any issues were rectified as soon as possible, and everything was sorted within 3 working days. Ben has kept me updated every step of the way, and answered any queries I may have. It has been an absolute blessing to have him as an agent during what has been quite a stressful experience for the most part, and I am now all ready to move end of this month! Thank you Ben! :-)
