GoogleJames and his team have been absolutely superb in assisting us sell our property. Times have been particularly difficult and unpredictable of late, coupled with a few issues in the chain when we managed to secure an offer. James goes way above and beyond what we would have expected. His contact and communication is excellent, touching base weekly, if not every few days. We were kept informed every step of the way.
From the initial valuation, James had a different approach to other estate agents we had approached for a quotation. He instantly put us at ease, he was open and honest and spoke in a clear, concise manner, giving all the information we needed with no jargon. We genuinely felt he was there to help us, and interested in us as people, rather than being just another property to flog, which was the feeling we got from others.
When it came to dealing with solicitors, James acted as a go between with all parties, making phone-calls and sending emails nearly every day, to ensure that all parties were communicating as expected and working to get the sale completed. James would be in the office beyond office hours, working away to assist his customers. If it hadn't been for his hard work and determination, I'm not sure we would have reached a satisfactory result.
Words cannot describe how grateful we are for the effort James and his team put into our sale, and cannot recommend their service highly enough.
