Absolutely fantastic service from the girls at Belvoir , i mainly dealt with Isabel Harry , Jessica Baynes and Ann Osman, they was all very helpful and due to the circumstances of the property we rented being sold they made sure we was kept up to date and helped us find a new property . everyone is so helpful and friendly and all went above and beyond in customer service, Best service ive ever received through an estate agents 5 stars :)

GoogleWe have just moved into our new home (first time buyers), we bought through Belvoir Andover and we cannot praise them highly enough! In particular Danny Jolliffe who was an absolute STAR! He was quick to reply every time we had a question, helpful and understanding to our needs and on the ball ready to act when timings where getting tight. He really did go the extra mile in helping our purchase go smoothly. If we ever need to move house in the future, we definitely know who we'll be going back to!

Highly recommend the branch as every interaction has been helpful, friendly and professional. GoogleAvoid at all costs. Illegally rented me a property and they didn't notice till I had been in the property for over a year and looked through the documents I had been provided. Have since left the property due to multiple issues with pests linked closely to the lack of damp proofing on the ground floor flat. Even now I'm not there anymore I am still receiving very rude emails! Completely appalled by the service given and the lack of knowledge surrounding the laws for lettings. I had to seek legal advice as well as speaking to directors of other agency's and all told me what they were doing and the threats of a s21 were illegal, belvoir told me both the legal advisor and directors of other companies were all lying. As an ex lettings administrator have never seen a company work so poorly. Any potential tenants or landlords should avoid at all costs!

We manage a large portfolio of property and every single me ever of staff has to pass training to be on our team so it’s a surprise to hear there was a legal discrepancy? GoogleAs first time buyers, myself and my partner were really pleased with the service we received from Belvoir. Our estate agent, Chris, was more than helpful with our queries - we had some difficulties with solicitors and Chris continued to chase them which helped move the process along more quickly. We found the company on the whole really approachable and they were very easy to get a hold of. With the help of Belvoir we have managed to exchange and complete just before Christmas!
