GoogleI let a number of properties through Belvoir. I find them responsive and willing to correct problems when they arise. I have used a number of agents in andover and elsewhere. Belvoir compare very favourably to these other services i have used.

House Purchase mid lockdown. Just completed on a house purchase through Belvoir, Andover in the midst of the Covid-19 lockdown. Throughout the process from viewings, offer negotiation and solicitor enquiries before the lockdown started, Tom & Andrew helped the process move along speedily. Even with the lockdown restrictions in place Andrew still managed an admiral job in difficult circumstances to help the sale through to a successful completion. Thank you Belvoir

GoogleWould strongly encourage anyone considering to look elsewhere for rental and letting services. Wholly unreliable, often completely unavailable and have a history of utter negligence, causing deterioration in tenant relationships. Only selected one star as zero wasn't available
