We were provided with regular updates with the progression of the sale. We have received very professional, friendly and extremely efficient service. Would highly recommend Belvoir.

FacebookBelvoir Lettings....what an absolute rip off £114 move out admin fee deducted from my deposit!!!!! after paying a fortune to move into a flat that had obviously not had a professional clean (the toilet was disgusting and took me weeks to get clean) but had to prove I had had a professional clean done on leaving!!! The carpets were "beyond the end of their life" according to the carpet cleaning man and it had holes in the stair carpet, possible health and safety risk but they wouldn't replace and also they put new heaters in but never came back and made good the walls after....would never use again or let anyone i know use either

GoogleHad my second house with inspection carried out today by Belvoir’s Emily Fryer. Plenty of notice given and positive feedback left. Have been very understanding and have reported faults back either by myself or what has been picked up by Emily herself. Extremely satisfied with the level of service.

We came to Belvoir after some rather disappointing performance from another estate agent. We did the standard pick 3 agents and Tom from Belvoir came to value our property and the price he gave us seemed fair and to the market level. Tom's character was great for us, enthusiastic, honest and knowledgeable. The team at Belvoir did their utmost to market our property and we accepted an offer within 3 weeks of it being listed with them. The whole team were likeable, approachable and very helpful. Throughout the legal process Jasmine provided a weekly update and was proactive in following up queries from solicitors. Overall we are very happy that we chose Belvoir over the other estate agents in the area, the service was excellent and we would definitely recommend them to others.

I have been extremely pleased with the service I have received from Belvoir Andover. I had a property rented through them for nearly 10 years and then we used them to sell the property. There have been a number of issues along the way caused by a neighbour and a boundary issue and all staff at Belvoir have stepped in and helped as much as possible and brought about a resolution. This has resulted in exchange with completion very soon. Jasmine has kept us up to date with phone calls and emails daily at certain points and is always extremely willing, helpful, professional and has a can do attitude, pushing the immovable Solicitors for information!!
