GoogleBradley Cooper, the branch manager, was incredible. He booked viewings for me back to back so he spent a few hours with us for a day visiting the houses in the area. He was honest, insightful, very helpful, and knowledgeable. Can't rate him high enough.

This company is run by a bunch of under age kids! who have no knowledge of selling or buying property, cannot give the correct advice on Anything. More interested on taking lunch breaks and not Returning your calls. Cost me a lot of Money on the sale of my house, a complete waste of time. Stay away fro. This agency!

FacebookFantastic service with indigo on the purchase of my first property. Jack showed us round many properties in the space of two weeks till we found out dream home! When the offer got accepted Julie did a brilliant job of keeping us updated with all the information and helped so much explaining everything as being first time buyers we didn’t understand some of the info! Overall this is a very approachable company who I will be going back too in the future. Many thanks!

GoogleThe team in Ampthill delivered over and above our expectations. Not only marketed and sold our property in record time but worked hard to help us complete within 28 days notwithstanding the frenzy of the stamp-duty deadline as a backdrop. We can single out Bradley who worked like a terrier to get things over the line with excellent comms, sound advice, always available and of course, a massive smile.

GoogleI too am aware that Indigo in Ampthill not only leaflet properties already SSTC but then advise the vendor that they have buyers on their books who will pay more. Is this unethical practice what you mean when you say 'Some of our marketing methods are not being offered by other local estate agents'. She was always there to answer any questions no matter how silly. As a first time buyer it’s a scary unknown world, however with Julie it was a lot easier. Thank you for all your help! FacebookSold our house with Indigo, putting our house on the market was excellent , was nice and simple! Although once sold heard hardly any communication from the estate agent. Apparently they are meant to update their customers every week, heard no communication for over 4 weeks! Had to chase them to see how the sale was going! Shame the service wasn't great from start to finish!

FacebookWe used Inidgo last year to sell our house and buy our next property. Indigo ended up with almost the entire chain and you can see Why! Exceptional service from start to finish, and when our sales progressor was unavailable another member of their team stepped in without hesitation to ensure momentum was kept. Fanatical customer focus and service. Wouldn't hesitate to use them again.
