They were professional and prompt in liaising with all other parties and feeding back information to me. They have also been helpful post sale answering any questions I have. FacebookIt has been an absolute pleasure working with the Indigo team from viewing multiple properties right through to getting our Keys. I would especially like to shout out Phil and Jack for their patience with all of the viewings and helping us select the right home. And I would especially like to thank my wing woman Julie who has been by far the best sales progressor i've encountered to date. Her tenancy and relentlessness to help get our (not so straight forward) purchase to completion has not gone unnoticed and me and my partner are beyond grateful. GoogleWhat are the estate agent playing at, they are now selling a 4 bed house in Elder way Ampthill for £40000 over valuation price, this is a shared ownership property only recently valued at £510,000 Are they that desperate.. And a building society or bank will have a say on this, beware as you could lose thousands of pounds

GoogleReally bad experience with Indigo this last few months Pushy sales person day one which ground my gears from the get go Then literally no communication from them (unless we chased) We found out after 8 weeks or so of radio silence and us chasing that chain had collapsed on vendors side It then collapsed again (again we found out through chasing) Vendor asked for more money - I said nope Im pulling out. Indigo then came back and said vendor would go with original price Now after 16+ weeks of messing about vendor got greedy again and asked us for more money so its now back on the market and Im £500 of search fees out of pocket I understand that this is the vendors prerogative, but Indigo's comms are awful and I would have killed the deal months ago if Indigo had been a bit more straight with me and proactive hen the issues arose - I made this point to them on the phone, to which I got rhe response "blame the vendor". I wont touch them with a barge pole from now onNegativeResponsiveness, Professionalism

GoogleWhat can I say! These so called professionals have been putting flyers in people’s letter boxes claiming to have buyers for the houses who are willing to pay over the odds. Subsequently our sale has just fallen through on a house, two weeks before exchange of contracts, because our seller pulled out due to this flyer. Our seller has been told their house is worth more so they have literally dumped us. Thousands of pounds lost and a chain totally broken. Well done indigo, you have a really good moral code, NOT!NegativeProfessionalism

A bunch of Cowboys! Do not use this company, More interested in looking after their buyers than sellers! Underprised our property, should have walked away then. Do not return calls, do not tell you thre whole truth when viewing other properties, just interested on getting their commission from their sale.Very poorly run Avoid a bunch of Cowboys, Legal team doesn't know what they are doing either.!

FacebookI would not recommend this agency to even my worse enemies. They talk the talk but can not walk the walk. Their sales progression team is more like sales regression and is absolute joke and offers no support to the seller and as a result of their complete inability to do their job we have no buyer lost the house we were buying and out of pocket by several thousand pounds in legal fees. This agency is an absolute joke.

FacebookFantastic service with indigo on the purchase of my first property. Jack showed us round many properties in the space of two weeks till we found out dream home! When the offer got accepted Julie did a brilliant job of keeping us updated with all the information and helped so much explaining everything as being first time buyers we didn’t understand some of the info! GoogleThe team in Ampthill delivered over and above our expectations. Not only marketed and sold our property in record time but worked hard to help us complete within 28 days notwithstanding the frenzy of the stamp-duty deadline as a backdrop. We can single out Bradley who worked like a terrier to get things over the line with excellent comms, sound advice, always available and of course, a massive smile.
