Do not go near indigo factors . The owner Brian Gilmore is a con man . Google him , took millions from investors . But have u noticed , he’s not on bbc radio anymore. I wonder why . There are other factors in Glasgow .

FacebookBrad and the team at Ampthill gave excellent service from the start of the process. They listened to our wishes and advised appropriately, managed the viewings and ensured we got feedback. All basic you may think but that hadn’t been our experience with other agents. Three weeks after putting the house on the market we had an offer! We had an extremely difficult chain and Brad navigated this brilliantly and went above and beyond to ensure we got to exchange. This is the first time we’ve used an estate agent and actually been content that they really did earn the fee! Would definitely recommend.

Dealt with Lottie and Gareth and was constantly given different stories about the same property, first a family member buying, then someone else, then the neighbours, then suddenly it was sold. Very misleading and lacking transparency. Would not recommend.

Very disappointed with this company. I’ve contacted them on 5 different occasions about properties I was interested in. Each time, I was told that the property wasn’t available for viewing yet and that someone would contact me once a viewing could be arranged. However, nobody ever contacted me.

GoogleCannot praise Indigo high enough! Bradley the branch manager came out to value our house along with two other agents. He was so knowledgeable on the area and houses that had recently sold or were on the market for comparison. Bradley’s valuation was the most realistic of the three agents. Our house was listed on Rightmove and a virtual tour was made within a few days. Rob & Ellie accompanied every viewing and always called before to check convenient & afterwards to give feedback. Since achieving full asking price Leanne has kept us updated on progress throughout the sale, even more so than the solicitor working on our behalf. I would highly recommend Bradley & his amazing team at Indigo Ampthill for their professionalism, knowledge and quality 5* service.

I worked with other agents when looking to buy a property but can honestly say that none of them were as professional as Indigo. I was delighted when I found a property to buy that was on Indigo’s books too. A particularly big thank you to Terry and Michelle who supported me every step of the way and were nothing short of amazing. I highly recommend Indigo to anyone and everyone!

I wanted to sell my property and complete on my new property before the stamp duty change... the Indigo Ampthill team got my property sold.. they were quick, precise, professional and drove things to completion... They gave me valuable advice on what to change and how to present my house which definitely helped with a quick sale/turnaround.. I really liked their style.. some may think its a little pushy BUT believe me its exactly what you need when you are selling your house..PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

FacebookI could not recommend Indigo and particular Julie Osborn enough. We put our house on the market in March 2021, in the height of the stamp duty housing market frenzy. All solicitors and estate agents were extremely busy however with the service we received, you would have never of known it. From start to finish Indigo were extremely professional, kept us in the loop at all times, were polite, gave good feedback etc. Unfortunately towards the end of our sale, we had some issues with our buyer, nothing to do with anything Indigo had done, sometimes you just don’t pick the nicest buyers for your house! The situation was incredibly stressful as we were growing ever close to the end of June Stamp Duty deadline for both our sale and purchase. Julie went over and above to negotiate the situation for us, she called us in her own time, every night for 2 weeks, until the issue was sorted, to ensure we were kept fully up to date and relieve some of the stress we were feeling each day, she was amazing. I have no doubt that without her, the chain would have collapsed. We also used Indigos recommended Solicitors, Smithfield Partners and again, we were extremely happy with their service, they were always contactable and responded to query’s quickly, kept us up to date and really pushed our sale and purchase through in the relevant time. We would not hesitate to recommend Indigo and their services to all of our friends and family in the future and have already done so.

Very communicative to help navigate solicitors on both side and open. Fairly priced - no complaints at all! Thanks to Terry, Matt and especially Julie for such a smooth process.

FacebookWow! House sold within 6days, a lot of problems with buyers solicitors and had I have gone with any other estate agent I’m sure I would have lost the house i was purchasing. But many thanks to Julie who was absolutely amazing, just for having to listen to me everyday, twice a day for the last two months and was able to pull it out the bag 3days before Xmas! In a known location with everything I wanted - the process was long but I was kept up to date with all progress. As a first time home owner Michelle answered all my queries and advised me so well, she was always a phone call or email away. The team have been great I received first class service and Result!!! Will be moving in soon and super excited.
