FacebookMade an offer higher then the value the property was sold for, was told by a lady the property went for way over the initial price only to see it 6months later in the previous sales for less then what i had offered! Was told i would be getting a response to why this happened, 6days nothing, im writing this.

GoogleNot every estate agent is the same. We dealt with 3 agents in Wandsworth's estate agent-tactic Bellevue Rd and Pendleton's gave us the best experience and result by far. In a house sale in a tough time for selling, there are no guarantees whoever you choose; but Pendleton's maximised our chances by doing everything right.

GooglePaula has done our annual inspection twice now and she is very friendly, helpful and listens and notes any maintenance issues however small. It was nice when she commented on how tasteful our choice of furniture and accessories were. Very easy to talk to. A great accolade to Brockenhurst

GoogleVery unprofessional company. Very lazy with the sale of my property. I lost two buyers because of this company. The time and stress caused by this poorly managed company M&M properties absolute joke. So many more professional estate agents out there and they cannot be trusted . Absolutely terrible company, avoid

It's an unprofessional agency... They don't answer to your emails -they send you to meet the owner.. I didn't understand why?? They put same propriety on different rentaln sites with differnt prices Nobody check theier job...
