I must mention Lou has been instrumental in providing a clear and efficient service. She is always happy to help and so professional. Dan has been incredibly communicative, helpful and genuinely supportive throughout the entire process. The most recent move took a long time (around 9 months) but Dan stay patient and proactive, nothing was ever too much trouble!
