GoogleI don’t normally take the time to write a review on anything but I felt it necessary to do so for the sales team at Savills, Amersham office. I have been involved in property professionally my whole working life and have come across the good and the bad in both lettings and sales. This team however were more than just good, they were impressive. Starting with the valuation, they had the knowledge base which provided them with the ability to accurately price my home. I had had wildly varying estimates from other agents as it is quite a quirky home with a niche market. Hindsight has proved them correct with two offers at the same level very close to the asking price. The whole process of introducing a buyer was handled professionally, not only that but with care and attention to detail from the first viewing to completion, even finding me a removals firm. My greatest thanks go to you for making the upheaval of moving home after so many years as smooth as possible.PositiveProfessionalism

GoogleWe bought through Savills in October 2019 (Mike Lillitou). While agents clearly have their first responsibility to the seller, our buy-side experience was first rate. We saw a few properties with them, and they were refreshingly realistic about pluses and minuses. Once we found a property to buy, the exhibited a very professional tone, calm mediation through negotiation and associated conversations. I would recommend for buyers or sellers, as ultimately were well matched to a property.
