Savills Estate Agent in Amersham have been very professional in dealing with a purchase of property. I realised that selling my property was going to be fairly complicated due to a number of complex factors and knew that Savills had a good reputation for being professional, thorough and sticking to the task. The experience we had with Savills, Amersham was first class. This was the first time we had moved in over 30 years and so we needed an experienced and competent team to help guide us through the process. Their pre-sales guidance and marketing was excellent. Our house was under offer at full asking price within five days of being launched on the market. From that point Savills were proactive and always available to provide advice and reassurance as we negotiated the buying and selling process in the middle of a stamp duty deadline. Can't recommend Savills enough following our first foray into selling a property. We had marketed our property with another local estate agent for over 6 months and had no luck despite feeling that the property should be quite an attractive proposition for any first time buyer. Equally we had very little feedback from the other estate agent and didn't feel like much effort was being made.
